This was our second time staying and it did not disappoint! From the arrival emails with all the details for gate/door/WiFi codes to answering any questions days ahead of our trip - far exceeded expectations. IF you are wondering if this is the right place for a get away with your other half - this IS IT! Do not delay! Suggestions for any guests: When you first arrive, leave everything in the car. Open your favorite beverage and slip into the hot tub. Take the time to relax and enjoy the view - photos do not speak to the calm that staying here brings.

Perfect place for our large family to stay while in town for our son’s graduation from UTC. The large kitchen was perfect for us to have celebration meal after graduation. It was very accommodating for all of our needs

Cozy little cottage that was perfect for a quick weekend away. Easy access to local attractions and a quiet neighborhood made it enjoyable. Bring bug spray if you want to sit outside since Tennessee mosquitos are huge.

Fantastic stay. The house was perfect and the fenced in yard was great. We loved that the deck was gated too.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Kim was super sweet, highly responsive and has thought of everything in the house. The kitchen is equipped with almost any cooking tool/pots & pans. The house comes with plenty of towels & toiletries. Besides the river, the coffee bar was probably my favorite part of the house; what a well thought out & fully stocked coffee bar! I had 2 special requests and Kim was wonderful about both. Check in was easy-peasy. The river is stunning. We enjoyed cool wildlife like beavers floating down the river & hawks flying above clutching their catch of the day. And so many birds singing! We enjoyed a very clean hot tub after a long day of canoeing & hiking. I also loved the special touch of seasonal decor throughout the home showing extra care about their guest’s experience making it feel like home. The kids enjoyed the pool/air hockey table a lot so that was a great feature upstairs! Thanks Kim!

Enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal for exploring Chattanooga. The house was very comfortable for our large family. The river setting was awesome and we took advantage of being able to hang out outdoors on the deck and around the fire pit. We earned points with our adult children by staying here.

The home is in a gorgeous, high-end neighborhood with million-dollar views over Tennessee Valley. Mornings with mountain views and fog, coffee in hand, were spectacular. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need—spices, cleaners, soaps, and plush paper products. Heated master bathroom floors, views from every window, and a fun pool/hot tub area made for a great stay. However, the lower-level carpet should be removed, and worn-out items like towels, flat pillows, and low-thread-count sheets need replacing. Mold on the basement shower curtain and spa cover was concerning. The white couches were badly stained. While fantastic for families or groups not needing perfection, it’s not quite the luxury listing it suggests. Still, we loved it due to the overall charm and incredible views. If you stay mainly upstairs, it’s sectacular—but maintenance and detail upgrades are needed for the price point.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

10/10 recommend!!! We LOVED our stay here! Laurie was super sweet and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. They offered us their kayaks and the grill. They had waters, creamer, muffins, and coffee in the room. Could not ask for a better airbnb!

The property is beautiful,peaceful, and serene!! We intend on visiting again when it’s warm to enjoy all the outdoor amenities his property offers. Both Wally and Pam were friendly and courteous! Our stay at the loft was perfect for our visit. We enjoyed the amount of space with ample seating and living space. Joy was responsive and helpful during our stay. We look forward to staying here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for what was originally supposed to be 3 nights, but were snowed in (odds were low on that one) and had to extend for 2 additional nightls. John was very accommodating! Additionally, the cabin is fantastic! The billiards room came in handy, the jacuzzi was great and in a beautiful setting, and there were plenty of things for us to do. Clean, cozy, and fun. 5 stars!

The cabin was nice and very peaceful. The creek runs right in front of the cabin, which was great, and our kids enjoyed the creek and the bridge going over it. Our 8 year old caught a wild rainbow trout, and we also enjoyed the firepit area and hot tub. It is about 30 min from Ellijay, but we knew that when booking, and it was nice to have the seclusion and ability to unplug. We did have a bit of an issue with the keypad when checking in, but the owner was responsive and wanted to do whatever he could to make it right. Overall great stay and we hope to come back.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful birthday getaway :) Would recommend staying here! The location is nice and not too far from lots of things to do and the host was so helpful and accommodating. We felt very safe and comfortable!

This was our weekend getaway and let me tell you it was amazing! This cabin is very secluded in a small town with many beautiful sights. We both felt at home. The cabin is pet accessible, but you couldn't even smell another animal in there && there is even linens for the pets! We only utilized one room, but it was very spacious & we enjoyed the board games! The road to get up to the cabin was a hill with gravel and was piece of cake with 4wd. Despite the negative reviews we felt a complete opposite for the cabin. Not only was the cabin amazing but Glenn's communication was very great. We are both very pleased & will be recommending to future travelers! ** AWESOME HOT TUB!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location. Kids loved being right on the water. Driveway is very sharp turns but it is paved and manageable, just a little scary at first 😂 overall wonderful experience.

The cabin was beautiful and nestled right in the mountains. It was clean and quiet and so peaceful. There is a rooster who crowed "politely" 😆... only 3 crows, not loud at all, at sunrise. If you want to hear him, you'll need to be "up before the rooster crows" so you can be outside and watch the sunrise or you'll miss it, his crow, and the experience 😉 The hot tub was nice to relax in and just what we needed on our Anniversary. We can't recommend any restaurant since we always cook ourselves but we heard they were excellent. The small town of Blue Ridge is not too far away and the local shops are not to be missed! You've gotta try Three Sisters Fudge! YUM! Jason was a great host and made our first getaway in many years, rememberable and comforting. We didn't want to leave. The price was well fitting and as hard as we both work, made it affordable for us, blue collar folk, to have a getaway that left a lasting impression. We will definitely be returning. Hopefully soon!
