One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Cyclists, hikers, workers, bird watchers, artists, holiday makers, everyone welcome, but sorry, no pets. Suitable for a close couple or a single person as studio (one room) accommodation. Beautiful views over fields, off the beaten track, a quiet, restful haven to chill out, go walking, biking or drive to country pubs. Canal is approximately 20 minute walk away and the historic jurassic way in half an hour. Cyclists welcome, we have secure storage available. Spot the wildlife all around.

The Wood Shed

The Wood Shed, a self contained one bed cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth, open plan living downstairs with everything you could need; Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses, large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious Sofa and arm chair. Upstairs in the Galley bedroom you will find; a fitted wardrobe, pumped shower, chest of drawers, Super-king size bed and Shower En-suite. private garden area with seating.

The Skyloft, Spratton - home away from home!

Accessed through its own outside door, the Skyloft offers light and spacious, heated first floor accommodation. As well as a comfortable double bedroom, it has a spacious living area with a kitchen area where guests can prepare their own breakfasts and microwave meals. It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Local country walks, gardens and stately homes.

The Annexe, Crick village

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

The Little Barn is a self-contained one bed cottage annexed to a former Victorian farmhouse in the attractive Northamptonshire village of Kilsby. Open plan living with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer/mini oven, toaster and kettle (no hob). Large screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. Double bed, comfy sofa, dining area and en suite shower room. Private access and private parking. Just 28 minutes from Silverstone and 12 minutes from Onley Grounds Equestrian complex.

The Stable House, Aldaniti - beautiful conversion

The Stable Studios are the recently renovated wooden stables of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. There are three studios; each studio has a spacious double bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower room, a separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge and sliding doors out onto your own patio with wonderful open views over the local countryside and access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

Cornflower - Deluxe Kingsize Ensuite Shepherds Hut

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.
