Home is only three blocks from Sanders Beach public lake access and beautiful Tubbs Hill trails. Downtown Coeur d'Alene is a short walk, and Cenntennial Bike Trail passes nearby. Enjoy the quaint Sanders Beach neighborhood. They are building a new home close by, and there will be construction noise from approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We are an easy 27 miles from Silverwood and 51 miles from Schweitzer Ski Area.

Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
