Storybook Castle BnB

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

Fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 TVs with Wifi access, washer & dryer, spacious front and back porches, and deck for relaxing.

The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

Glamping on the Farm (Heartland)

Our 27’ foot Heartland Sundance camper is set up for guests on a small lot at the front of our farm property. Guests will have a great view of our pastures with our small herd of cows and horses. This area is set up for a glamping experience. This includes a fire pit, chairs and outdoor grill. The camper has 1 master bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds, the table and couch convert to beds as well. This camper is 1 of 2 campers now available on our farm.

Stay at the High Pine Lodge, a Birders Paradise!

Relax with the whole family at the High Pine Lodge. A birders paradise! Nesting Bald Eagles right next door(seasonally). You can see them from the front porch. Minutes away from the beach. All Island restaurants within walking distance (2 miles). Two bikes with helmets are available for use. Large back deck with outdoor seating. Large front porch. Fully equipped kitchen.
