The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

Our upper level studio apartment has been freshly painted and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. We added a privacy wall between the living space and the queen bed, that gives a sense of multiple rooms. The couch pulls out to an additional queen bed. The apartment has a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and pool that is shared with the guests in the main house.

Crane Creek Inn Mangrove Suite: Waterfront Pool!

Welcome to the Crane Creek Inn. Built in 1925, the historic property is situated directly on beautiful Crane Creek, just one block away from everything Downtown Melbourne has to offer. The Mangrove Suite is our most secluded unit, located down by the river’s edge. It is steps from the pool and river boardwalk. It has a private entrance and covered porch area, but all other outdoor areas of the property are shared with other guests.
