We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kalorama Cottage! The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a perfect escape from the city. We especially loved relaxing on the deck and enjoying the views of the forest. Good size backyard for the kids to enjoy playing some footy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat in the Dandenongs!

The house was as described- clean, neat, comfortable for a family, and well equipped with all the necessities. We had an amazing time, and Dd is such a great host.

What a beautiful place to stay for a few nights. Close to Daylseford and Kyneton which are lovely to visit, all while staying somewhere very peaceful and quiet. We loved it here, there are kangaroos everywhere. The house is very well fitted out, warm with a lot of room. We loved the pizza that Stephanie made us. Our dog really enjoyed the walks - one thing for all dog owners to note is the very safe and secure yard around the house. Our dog was able to wander around without us having to worry about her getting out of the yard! We will definately be back.

It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy, and beautifully designed home away from home!

Great location, not far from inner city and easy access to most things like the supermarket. Place was beautiful and clean, matched the pictures that were shown. Super clean, and had everything needed. Would recommend to any family looking for a place to stay that’s close to everything and quiet.

Spotlessly clean and beautifully curated, the cottage was everything we could have hoped for and more. Peaceful, comfortable and filled with thoughtful touches, it also felt private which we appreciated. The welcome bottle of fizz was very generous as were all the other amenities designed to create a feeling of home away from home. Only a five minute drive from Daylesford, the location was super convenient and easily accessible. Similarly, Heather was incredibly responsive and quick to help with local tips and suggestions. An all-round lovely stay! We hope to visit again one day soon.

We had a great time staying at Paul and Dan’s place. It looks exactly like the photos - modern, spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Not only is it surrounded by some great restaurants and cafes, but it’s also in walking distance to the tram in case you want to head further into the CBD. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Southbank.

Beautiful home close to Lake Wendouree and a lovely stroll to town and cafes. Clare is a great host who was very helpful and friendly to communicate with.
