Stunning ocean view - Bungalow

The bungalow is built in a warm, friendly wooden surf shack style. Sitting backed into the jungle a mear 400m up the side of a hill on a secluded private road, overlooking playa St Teresa from the famous surf break, Suck Rock to the North, down to La Lora in the South. It's a few minutes walk uphill from the main road but the atmosphere and the privacy is worth every single step. The beach, surf rentals and a grocery store are all in 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. If you are planning to come by car make sure to have a 4x4 for this area. The Studio is located on the ground level of the house and has an independent entrance. It features views of the surrounding jungle on the side, an ocean view to the front and has a lovely new built terrace with a couch on the side and a small outside sitting area in the front. The decision whether and where to go surfing or to go to one of the outstanding yoga classes in town is usually made while enjoing a coffee or fresh juice on the terrace at breakfast. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living area with a couch, a comfy double bed and a bathroom. The studio is one big room - though the bed is in the back of the studio and a little separated from the kitchen and sitting area. During your stay I will normally live upstairs with my girlfriend and will be happy to help you with recommendations.

Beautiful tropical views from every window & covered deck. The house is now 80m2 (800ft) on 2 stories. As of Nov 2025 will have SECOND BDR + SWIMMING POOL. The main house downstairs : living room, kitchen, toilet Upstairs : 1 bdr wood floors, king bed, desk, closet + bath. NEW to side of main house will be 2nd bdr, queen bed, desk and & full bath.

Oceanview Treetop Villa view the surf, AC, smartTV

If you want a villa that’s nice and modern w/ incredible views AND that is actually affordable, you have come to the right place. This treetop villa is perfect for couples..the adventure retreat you have been waiting for! There is a full kitchen and large private balcony that you can enjoy a morning coffee on while bird watching and checking the waves below..The casa is 1km up from the famous beaches of ST and Playa Carmen, with amazing views of the whole coastline. Very fast internet also! :)

Villa Carambola-Villas Solar, Walk to Beach/Surf

Villa Carambola is one of four villas at Villas Solar. It has one bedroom with ac in the bedroom. There is a living room, full kitchen, one bathroom, and outside patio with hammock for lounging about. There is cable tv, high speed wifi, caretaker. We have two internet providers on the property, both with 200 megs, and all routers with back up batteries in case of outages, in case you need to work during your stay. We are pet friendly and also we offer laundry service for a fee.

My place is close to the beach and restaurants and dining. so all is walking distance, no need a vehicle! Montezuma Heights Colibri cottage

If this unit is booked please look at our other units "Montezuma Heights'(Mariposa, Buho, Geco and Art house). All have their own beauty!!There are not many places left like this , please enjoy it. Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.

Villa Flor 1 offers a perfect setup for family or friends up to 3 guests, that likes their privacy but don’t mind to interact with other guest while sharing the kitchen.This two story villa has 2 bedrooms with air conditioner, a king size bed in the second floor and a double bed on the ground floor. The private bathroom offers great water pressure and hot water. The outdoor deck is private and has a beautiful garden view and next to the shared kitchen with the next door unit.

Stay at Casita Cabuya oceanfront home surrounded by nature near the beach! We are fully equipped with AC, full size fridge and kitchen!
