The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. The Old Rectory is situated in the centre of Dronfield in the 'village' conservation area and was re-built in the mid 1700's. The house contains many period Georgian features and is set in landscaped grounds of around an acre. From a safety perspective, it is not suitable for children under 12. Please note, we started renting the whole house out in May 2025. Any reviews before then refer just to the self-contained loft area in the House.
