Chic Boutique-Hotel Feel at a Seafront Pad, Clifton

Note: all furniture, appliances and electronics are brand new; state-of-the art alarm and music system. DAILY HOUSEKEEPER: five days a week. Additional hours upon request. A/C, TV with Cable & Netflix. Expansive, ocean view balcony. 2nd Bedroom Upstairs: KING BED with top-of-the line mattress and fine linen. A/C. Ocean view balcony. 3rd Bedroom Upstairs: Two single beds with top-of-the line mattress and fine linen; can be made up into a King bed. A/C. Newly renovated upstairs Bathroom for bedrooms 2 + 3. Sleeper Couch upstairs: Sleeps 1x adult in open area between bedrooms (not private). Full set of linen provided. Main floor: Gorgeous indoor-outdoor living space, with fully retractable doors for maximum living and entertaining and breathtaking view of the ocean and Clifton Beach. Sliding doors open to beautiful, expansive terrace with private pool, top-of-the range gas barbeque, bar fridge, outdoor shower & designer loungers and comfortable sitting area. Spacious open-plan kitchen & scullery and brand new top-of-the range appliances including Jura coffee machine, wine fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Lounge, with ocean views features large 65 inch TV with local cable (DSTV), Netflix & new, centrally controlled indoor and outdoor music system. Main floor also features: • new indoor installed gas fireplace • newly renovated guest bathroom on the main floor • dedicated, quiet work station area SECURITY: State of the art alarm system with remote control and multiple sets of master keys Cameras cover external entire house, including perimeter of the property for maximum security FOR THE MOMS: •Child Sitters, Personal Tour guide/ driver & Private Chef recommendations. High speed Wifi, Dstv (cable) & electricity all inclusive of price. Guests can access the entire home. (aside from owners private, locked storeroom behind the scullery). PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

Tropical Apartment with an Amazing Ocean View

Sit out on the sheltered deck to spot whales in the bay, or simply admire the wide ocean view. The apartment has got a rustic, tropical feel and is surrounded by palm trees. There are 3 flights of steps leading down to the flat. You got your own garage for a small car. BBQ is exclusively available for your stay. A professional sanitizer fogging machine will be used before and after each stay to make sure the flat is safe. 98sqm flat with fully equipped kitchen, lounge and separate bedroom with wrap around veranda. Yoga mays available for your use. Bath and shower. Own entrance and own garage. There are steps leading down to the apartment. If you require more soap, toilet paper, vacuum cleaner, extra towels, bedding or cleaning material you are very welcome to help yourself out of the store room next to the studio. You can contact me 24/7 if you have any queries. The apartment is on De Wet Road, rated one of the most exclusive streets in Cape Town, in the very safe sought-after neighbourhood of Bantry Bay. It's easy to get to Camps Bay and Waterfront from here. Now with smart TV and new fridge. There is a My City bus service in the area. Uber Taxis are very easy to use. Free unlimited wifi available! Extra cleaning available for R 350 any day. Portable Air conditioning is available for R 50 per day. The apartment is on De Wet Road, rated one of the most exclusive streets in Cape Town, in the very safe sought-after neighborhood of Bantry Bay. Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

Stroll to the Beach from a Central Camps Bay Apartment

Eat a delicious barbecue on the spacious deck surrounded by tropical plants and views of the sea. This chic apartment has been elegantly furnished. Its open living area leads seamlessly into the garden through the French doors. The apartment has high speed internet wifi- 100mbps - Fibre - uncapped. The apartment is centrally located in Camps Bay , with sea views. It is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Apartment has its own private entrance. Large deck to eat out on and enjoy the beautiful Camps bay evenings. There is also an outside Barbeque available. I am always available should my guests require any information or advise on Cape Town. The apartment is in Camps Bay, a beautiful beach suburb in Cape Town. As a backdrop it has the famous Table Mountain on one side and the stunning beach on the other. There are many top restaurants located on the beachfront strip. Modern public bus service runs regularly from Camps Bay to city center and waterfront shopping area

Spacious city loft with large terrace

PLEASE DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOK- Please send a message first to discuss details of your trip. The apartment is located in Upper Woodstock on the border with Salt River, within walking distance of the lively Roodebloem Road. Woodstock has become Cape Town's design hub and a vibrant and trendy neighbourhood with markets and designer boutiques. The loft has been completely renovated and consists of three levels.
