Perfect St. Petersburg getaway! This spacious and completely remodeled unit is located in a quiet residential area but is close to everything the area has to offer. Downtown St. Pete with it's new pier, spa beach, waterfront parks, many restaurants and breweries is less than 5 miles away. Sawgrass Park and Weedon Island Nature Preserve (~2 miles) offers great nature trails, kayaking, fishing and birding options. Some of the best beaches in the world are less than 30 minutes away. TIA is 20 mins.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

Enjoy the peaceful patio, a dip in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, or cool off in the AC of our recently updated suite. Also Clearwater Country Club is in walking distance should you want to play some golf while here in sunny FL!
