The Homeplace is in the rural countryside of Floyd, VA surrounded by a family farm with a winding creek nearby. You will enjoy beautiful views of pasture fields that may have cattle and sheep grazing and possibly see various wildlife. This home, built in the 1940’s and situated beside a paved road, has been lived in and gently loved. While experiencing the nostalgia of an old home you will also enjoy modern conveniences such as WIFI, central heat/air, and a fully stocked kitchen and bath.

The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. This spacious home is the perfect place to base your vacation on the New River Trail! We are located on the trail at mile marker 12.5 on one of the prettiest parts of the New River Trail. From the veranda you can listen to the rapids of the New River spilling into Claytor lake. There is a boat launch less than a half mile away offering free river access. Little travelers have their own space with a play room upstairs and plenty of room to play outside.
