We had the most amazing time at Will’s home. It’s exactly as described. The home is so cozy and has everything you could ever need. We cooked in and went to a few of his recommended restaurants. Will was extremely responsive from booking to departure. We hope to stay again. Perfect location and the hot tub and deck are fabulous!

The cottage was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and going out on the lake with the paddle boards and kayaks. We would definitely rent here again.

Our stay at Chris’s lake house was enjoyable. Jacuzzi and kayaks were a nice bonus. Chris was very responsive and flexible. Our stay was memorable. Beautiful view of the lake.

We had a very enjoy,relaxing stay! went here for my 40th and had a really fun weekend of fishing, right in the backyard! with a very relaxing and big hot tub right outside of the master bedroom (outside), the privacy was fantastic & they really respect and cater to your wants and needs during your stay! the whole house smells amazing and is very clean!! all in all, my husband,myself & friends would highly recommend this beautiful little home with a nice view & privacy.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing home! It was a great long weekend get away for our family. The home was exactly like the pictured and Shelly’s communication was fantastic. We spent lots of time in the hot tub and playing ping pong. The deer walking through the snow and the beautiful surroundings made for a very relaxing weekend! We would love to come back in warmer weather and experience this home in other seasons. Highly recommend!

The hosts went above and beyond to support our family during one of the most exciting and emotional times in our lives—the arrival of our child through adoption. With so many unknowns in our journey, they moved mountains to accommodate us, ensuring we had a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay, even with our shifting timelines and unique requests. The home itself is absolutely stunning—everything is brand new, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a treat. From the thoughtful design to the cozy atmosphere, every detail made our stay feel effortless and peaceful. We are already dreaming of returning in the summer to soak in the lake vibes and energy of Nettle Lake. We are beyond grateful for this experience and for the kindness and generosity of our hosts. I enjoyed everything about my stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and I sat on the porch to watch the lake and wildlife despite some very chilly temperatures. I loved the skylights! Bed was very comfortable and all that I needed was supplied. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place! Even better than expected! Although it says no AC, they have a little AC unit next to the couch and it makes the whole place so cool! We brought fans and didn't even need to use them. The view was absolutely beautiful. The sunsets on the water were truly breathtaking. I also wanted to mention how I love that we were able to spend it with our puppy, kind of rare to find a nice waterfront like this that allows animals! We will definitely be back next summer.

A Wonderful Experience at Cozy Hosting! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cozy Hosting, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The property is located right on the water, offering great views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens, making us feel right at home. I loved spending our mornings with coffee on the deck, soaking in the beautiful scenery. The water was clear, and the deck was even better than described. My wife and kids all felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our week. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to come back again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience at Cozy Hosting!

This is one of the most well-appointed Airbnbs I have every stayed in, especially for someone who loves to cook! It was also very family friendly, as we had a one year old in tow. It is right on the lake and the view is so peaceful and blue. We came in cold weather so did not experience the water or the busy season, but it was perfect all the same. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Everything - furniture, appliances, etc. - were spotless and in good working order. There were spots to store things, so even though there were six of us (including a baby!) it never felt cluttered or messy. Lots of games provided and the attached all season porch was nice for reading or winding down at the end of the day. 11/10 stars!!!

I booked this for an out of town employee and it was a great price and location for the money. The host was great about communicating with me and my employee and even reached out about something being left behind; will use again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Couldn't have asked for more. Hosts were super helpful, friendly, responsive, all around excellent. The property was great, cozy, comfortable house with plenty of space to relax, beautiful yard, and of course access to a pristine and lovely lake. If you're looking for some peace and quiet, a little bit of nature, and some time on the water, you can't do much better than this.

We loved this cabin. Real kayaks to use and are easy to access. The yard is amazing, neighbors are nice and gave us tips about the lake. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. The house itself is incredibly clean and cozy, and has all the things you need. I read some previous reviews about the water; I can see why it’s surprising to people who have only had city water, but I think it’s pretty typical well water and is fine to use and drink. The owner also provided bottled water.

They went out of their way! We stepped in and we were decorated for Christmas. It was so sweet! They had any amenity you could think to need and the home was beautiful. The host was quick to attend to the only issue we had and she made sure it was resolved within the day. We frequently stay in the area and we will definitely check this place first from now on.

An amazing spot, 9 of us came down to stay here while competing in DGLO24'. It offered the perfect setting to relax in between 3 days of tough competition. The lake and kayaks were fun to take out, and the weather was great during our stay! Would definitely come back to Novi to stay at Kayaks & Coffee cottages again! Thanks Erin for being a fantastic host! 10/10!
