We had a wonderful weekend at the cottage. It is absolutely perfect and we had a lovely homely stay. Very responsive to messages and very helpful in regards to parking. Had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for more. We can't wait to come back one day. Thankyou Sally & Nick

a fantastic little place with plenty to do in the village or neighbouring towns, lots of lovely little touches made it feel really well thought through and not a "standard air BnB" at all - fresh coffee, different teas, dressing gowns, welcome drinks, and plenty of logs for the log fired hot tub which we took advantage of every night of our stay. Also one of the increasingly rare places with a host confident enough not to leave lots of "please do this don't do this" type notes which helped us feel like we were at home really quickly.

Wow what an incredible stay! This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, and easily my favorite so far. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every part of the property from the cozy bedroom to the charming dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful gardens was thoughtfully maintained and welcoming. We stayed in the Hermitage Cottage, which overlooks the river, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hot tub was ready for us on arrival, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the peaceful walk around the island, surrounded by nature and the calming sound of the river flowing pure serenity. Jerry was the perfect host his clear instructions made everything easy and ensured we had a super comfortable and relaxing stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon, hopefully for a much longer visit. It’s the perfect getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kathryn's place. The place is exactly how you imagine it would be by looking at the description and the photos. We will definitely be going back again. Kathryn was very responsive and so helpful with whatever queries we had.

I booked on Friday afternoon and arrived on Saturday, so was all very last minute, Liz kept in touch and met us there to show us around. Place is very dog friendly. Liz also checked in with us during our stay to see if all was ok. We went for lovely walks and spent time in the spa to relax in the evening, just what we all needed, will be recommending to my friends and family 10/10 many thanks 😊

The views were stunning! Sam was incredibly helpful with booking, directions and getting access to the property! I don’t think he could have been any more helpful which made the process so easy and straight forward! It has everything you needed and we can’t wait to come back!

A fantastic property with a high quality and luxurious finish. Peaceful, with the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, despite being extremely close to shops and bars. Stayed with my three kids. Enjoyed the hot-tub and garden. The place was spotlessly clean and all of the appliances worked perfectly. A great sleep in very comfy beds, next to the sound of nature. We have just spent a couple of wonderful days walking up penyghent. Moira's cottage was wonderful. Really clean and cosy and stocked with everything we needed. The walk up to pen-y-ghent starts literally right outside the doorstep which is very handy and a comfortable bed is exactly what we needed after the long walk. Thank you Mouira for your hospitality.

Beautiful little cottage - perfect place to stay for an adventure in the Peak District! Also great for dogs with baby gates installed to keep them downstairs, it’s lovely to have these things already in place!

This is a lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings. John was very accommodating regarding our late arrival and the cottage was easy to find and exactly as described. The cottage is very characterful and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The garden is beautiful and very private. Thank you John, we’ve had a wonderful stay.

Lovely private, secluded cottage in the quiet and peaceful village of Croston. We used it as our base for travelling from Canada and visiting family around the NW of England. The property was exactly as described and surpassed our expectations. As first time Air B&B users we were a little nervous about the experience but the host, Holly, was super helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we highly recommend, it’s a lovely cottage and a great host - 10/10

I highly recommend this beautiful house in a quiet and peaceful location. Jill was an excellent host, helpful and informative and the house was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. The surrounding fields had newborn lambs and free range chickens which added to the atmosphere. if you come across this property when looking for a place to stay, look no further and book it immediately.

A really lovely cottage with charming views. A very steep drive and walk to get there, but well worth it! Comfy beds, cosy vibes and a nice kitchen with everything we needed. Beck was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout.

Great communication, easy to find in a beautiful part of the Dales. Kathryn and her husband were very helpful when needed and left some lovely free range eggs we enjoyed for breakfast. Beds were comfy and house cosy. Great base for exploring.

Tailors Cottage is a beautifully presented home away from home. There were thoughtful touches and a very informative welcome pack with plenty of local guide books. The location was perfectly central with all you could need in walking distance. We had a great weekend away and would highly recommend anyone visiting the Ribble Valley to stay here!

The cottage was beautiful and spotless, with everything we needed for our two-night stay. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered. It was cosy, immaculate, and very comfortable. We stayed while attending a wedding, and I had contacted Chelsey, the owner, beforehand with a few questions. She was always friendly, responsive, and even kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier, which was a huge help. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be recommending it to others. My partner and I came for a short holiday in Hebden Bridge and were hoping for a quiet place within walkable distance to the town centre, and this was perfect! It is a bit of a trek upwards if you aren’t used to hills, but not too bad, and within about a 15 minute walk from the station. The place was lovely and clean, and felt very homey. We’re vegan and Nic was very accommodating by providing a milk alternative, which was very kind. The space felt very calm and peaceful, and the area was quiet- as it’s an under-dwelling you feel quite secluded, which is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ♥️
