Located in the heart of East Vic Park where's surrounded by cafes, restaurants & shopping mall. To Curtin Uni & CBD takes about 15-25min by bus (1zone). It's a sharing house and prize is per-room/night. Note: this is a sharing accommodation, I do my best to keep it clean during my day off from work and families, therefore please help me as well to keep the house clean and tidy. Relaxed & quite. Nice local birdlife during the day. Aprox 20-30 min from the Airport, Freemantle, Hills & Perth CBD. Lots of local eateries. Shopping centre 5min away. Bicycles available to ride the bike paths along the river. Farmers Markets each Saturday 8-12 at the end of the street. Can help direct you to many of West Australia's normal attractions. Vineyards, sites, etc. Great place to venture out from. There are 2 cats, myself and my daughter who live here.

Perfect for families it has 3 bedrooms plus Baby / Infant room off the main bedroom. It has enough room to sleep 6 adults, 2 children plus an infant/Baby. Each of the bunk beds can take up to 50kg. Loads of parking including 3 undercover bays, Indoor fire, outdoor fire pit (in season) and BBQ.
