We are so happy that you are visiting our listing. We remodeled our basement to be rented out as a short and long term rental. Perfect for up to 4 guests. It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. Enjoy a view of downtown from the balcony or sleep to the sounds of the waterfall, enjoy drinks or games in the heated igloo. Located perfectly between all the major ski resorts. It’s only 30-40 min to Park City/Deer Valley, Snowbird/Alta, Solitude/Brighton, or Snowbasin. Enjoy the snow, then come soak in the hot tub, and relax in the igloo lounge.

It is centrally located in an historic district that is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city without being removed from downtown! This tastefully remodeled victorian era home is the perfect jump off point for your Salt Lake visit! It is a short walk away from; the city center, Temple Square (7 min), Convention Center (6 min), Delta Arena (8 min). Artisan coffee shop conveniently across the street.
