Grandeur Mountain Retreat _ Perfect Ski, Hike Base

I offer my space as a sanctuary. If you live in a big city and just want to get away to somewhere quiet & clean with access to hiking, biking routes, snow shoeing, skiing or a launching point to Zion NP, this is a perfect location. You can hike and bike without getting into a car. If you are planning your IKON or EPIC ski trip or Sundance Film Festival visit this is a great location. Park City is only 20 minutes away and the home is almost equally distanced from 6 major ski resorts (EPIC,IKON).

Fresh clean, private basement apartment space with separate entrance for you to enjoy. High speed Fiber Internet. Our space is an entire 2000 Sq Ft. secure private basement apartment that includes a full size kitchen and four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It is located 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, and 15 minutes to the Kimball Junction exit in Park City. Great location for both your winter ski adventures as well as summertime activities. Fully fenced backyard and pet friendly.

Charming, Private Queen Anne in Historic Avenues

A cozy and private restored 1892 Queen Anne home in the eclectic SLC Avenues. The look and feel of the late 1800s with all modern amenities. Close to downtown SLC, the U of U campus, convention center and public transportation. If you just want to get away, this is the place. You will find light snacks, an assortment of teas and coffee and a Keurig Coffee Maker waiting when you arrive. We also provide disposable razors, makeup towelettes and Ibuprofen, as needed.
