Our place is located near the heart of downtown, right next to the Portneuf river, trails and near 2 playgrounds. Our place is a 1 bedroom apartment, but with a comfortable queen sized Murphy bed in the living room to quickly turn it into another extra room so the space can house up to 4 people. Washer and dryer is included, and a cast iron claw foot tub and shower. There's a small yard up front with a outdoors patio. Our focus is for longer staying professionals needing temporary housing.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio.
