OVILIO Kalamata is a deluxe villa which has been recently completed and is located 50m (2min walk) from Kalamata beach and close to the most popular beach bar and taverns on Navarinou. Roof terrace with amazing views of the mountain and the Messinian bay. Up to 6 guests can stay here each (3 private bedrooms) with each private ensuite/bathroom. Ideal for families or a group of friends, function large kitchen with large bench and dining table for 6 people and a75inch TV with a large luxury sofa.

Velika beach house 100m from the sea-kalamata area

House is located near Velika Beach, 100m from the sea,only 2 minutes walking distance. Our beach is still virgin without being crowded by people. Next to the house,only 2 minutes walking,there is a small family taverna offers fresh fish and local food.Location is very convenient since is only 15 minutes (driving) from airport of kalamata, 20 minutes from kalamata center, 30 minutes from Koroni, Pylos, 30 minutes from Ancient Messini.Additionally,you can make shopping or put petrol in the village

A lovely Beach house right in front of a crystal clear beach. 2 meters far from the beach.....!!!!! Our Beach House has 2 floors and each floor has an independent apartment, and is suitable for families or groups of friends. Here you have th first floor apartment is 85sq. has 2 bedrooms and can host max 6 persons. A leaving room, big and fully equipped kitchen, and also a bathroom. An authentic back garden is also included Harvesting time for fruits grown in the back yard are free for our guests

This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, LGBTQ+ firiendly, business travelers and pet firendly. You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

"Common dream" house by the beach

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. This newly renovated(2024) apartment right on the beach offers a wonderful sea view from the balcony. It has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a sofa which opens and becomes a bed for two people. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for a family vacation. Finikounda is a popular tourist area with many great places to visit and beautiful beaches. The location is ideal and the view amazing!
