Το δωμάτιο βρίσκετε 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία του Μυλοπότα (50 μέτρα απόσταση), 20-30 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την Χώρα της Ιου (2,5 χιλιόμετρα),10-15λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το λιμάνι του νησιού.Το δωμάτιο έχει λυτή διακόσμηση και κυκλαδίτικο στυλ. Υπάρχει μία ηρεμία στο χώρο,με οικογενειακή ατμόσφαιρα.Στον υπέροχο κήπο που βρίσκετε και το snack bar,μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει το πρωινό του.Ανάλογα την περίοδο μπορούμε να φιλοξενήσουμε παρέες,οικογένειες,ζευγάρια...σε όλες τις ηλικίες.

Boutique apartment

The apartment is a nice and convenient 25 square meters room with private bathroom, refrigerator and cooking facilities. It can accommodate two persons in two single beds but a third bed can be easily added. The apartment is under the main house and it has an easy access to the beautiful sandy beach. It is only 8-10 min. walk. The main advantage is that you can relax as there is no noise at all. The nearest houses are 500 meters away. Enjoy relax and excellent turquoise waters.

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(200 meters dirt road). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house.
