A beautiful spacious apartment across the road from the gorgeous SODAP beach. Located only a few minute walk away from the Paphos harbor where you can find restaurants, entertainment and beautiful views. If you wish to explore Paphos you are only less than a 10 minute walk from the taxi services and bus station, the 612 bus from the airport also drops you off right outside the apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible🏝️☀️

Kato Paphos Studio 1

The studio was fully renovated in June 2018. It has all the latest amenities, it's cosy, big, comfortable and has beautiful style. Brand new bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need like hobs, mini oven, cookery essentials. It's very close to many hotels in Kato Paphos and to many archeological museums. Private parking is just outside of entrance door. Huge supermarket is opposite from the apartment.3 minutes walking to the sea and 8 minutes walk to the old harbor and old castle!

Spacious, peaceful studio apartment with pool

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

Cosy apartment by the beach and Mall

Town Apartment with panoramic seaview

In the heart of the old Paphos town one can find the Artists Lodge Apartment, originally used as an art studio for many local artists. The apartment is on the first floor of a traditional Cyprus manor house with private entrance. The apartment is fully furnished and includes split air conditioning / heating and free Wi-Fi. It is spacious apartment with a front balcony and back terrace. It is roomy, airy and quirky. It is an old building so forgive some of its imperfections!

Bus stop(to/from the airport) is 50m away. The apartment is surrounded by different shops, tavernas and bars, all withing walking distance. This panoramic sea view studio apartment is overlooking the Harbor and Medieval Castle of Paphos. It is located in the heart of tourist and historical area of Kato Paphos, a minute walk to the sea, promenade, bars, restaurants etc. The studio apartment is compact (21 sqm), with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, balcony, A/C, free WIFI and smart TV. Breakfast is included at our Harbour restaurant located just around the corner starting from 9:30 am - 11:30 am.
