Escape to a Sunny Apartment in a Quiet D.C. Suburb

Living Room amenities include a Smart TV and an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Fully equipped kitchen and cooking essentials. Lovely patio with seating area and herb garden. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea provided. You have your own private entrance and patio area on an entire different side of the house so your experience can be as private as you like. The entire apartment which includes: washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and patio area. Your host will be available for anything you need during your stay. My daughter/co-host, Bernadette, a young D.C. professional, can also answer any questions about the D.C. area, restaurants and other cool places to go. The apartment is in a quiet suburban neighborhood with easy access to the Washington area. It's a short walk to the FDA. Downtown Silver Spring is nearby, with its many restaurants, bars, Fillmore music venue, Ellsworth Dog Park, and a movie theater. The National Archives, University of Maryland College Park and UMUC are just few miles away. A Ride-On bus stop is located on the same block as the apartment. A Metro bus stop is 5 minute walk. Silver Spring Metro Station is about 4 miles away. There are a few parking garages at the Silver Spring Metro Station if you choose to drive there and then hop on the metro. Free parking on weekends and holidays at all Montgomery County Parking garages (some lots and street parking may require payment on Saturday). You could also Uber/Lyft to the metro station or all the way into the city (great option esp if you're splitting fare).

Silver Spring Little Oasis - near DC/private

Ideal location to see all the sites in our nation's capital. Conveniently located one mile from two Metro stops. If you're in town for work or to see family, go to a show or simply to explore, this is a great place to rest your feet. Walk to Silver Spring and Takoma Park for neighborhoods. The space is the lower level of a 1920s bungalow. I live upstairs - you have your own entrance with a private bathroom, bedroom, sitting area and patio. Open to COVID 19 Responders. Sunny, tastefully furnished artist/writer's Studio. Located on 2nd floor of a lovely carriage (building) house behind the main cottage. Hardwood floor and natural woven shades on windows. Furnishings include sofa/bed, desk, dining table, chairs, coffee/side tables, flat screen TV. Light on 3 sides. Large closet. Great location, tree lined neighborhood. Garden. Ample on-street parking. Short walk (about 1 mile) or bus ride to Takoma Park (Red Line) Metro, adjacent to scenic Sligo Creek Park.

Newly Renovated Beautiful 3 bedroom home!

Spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in historic Brookland DC. This home includes a pool table, PS5, 3 mounted TV's, full house sound system, washer and dryer, and a beautiful eat in kitchen with new black stainless steel appliances. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, #2 had a full sized bed, and #3 has a bunk bed with a twin over a full. Off street parking for one car. Non metered residential parking for more cars. Entire home recently fully renovated. Convenient location to downtown DC.

This clean, spacious, and stylish 1 bedroom apartment has a private entrance, a full kitchen, a beautiful, fully fenced in backyard, and easy self-check-in. The unit is located in the basement of our home in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful neighborhood, just a 15-20 minute drive to the White House and downtown DC. There are many convenient bus lines within a 5 minute walk. Our strict cleaning protocols meet Airbnb guidelines.

Petworth Underground is a cozy private basement unit with bath, a well stocked breakfast bar and private entrance -no kitchen. Stay in our place if you are looking for a: *Clean and comfortable space *Off street parking reserved for guests * Enclosed backyard *Pet friendly unit (50 USD fee/stay. Case by case basis. Only dogs allowed. Please note that this is our home and we live upstairs. We have a toddler and 2 hound dogs. You can expect some noise from upstairs during daytime.

Spacious relaxing home by DC, CP, woods & lake

Rest well in a clean and comfortable home with a peaceful garden and hiking trails to unwind on. Save time and money with 300M wifi and a cook's kitchen/charcoal grill. Have fun with our turntable and vintage vinyl. Hop on the Metro or jump on the highway, but you won't know they are there. Relax by hundreds of native plants, the backyard waterfall and fire pit. Pets must be on leash to protect baby plants while they get established. Pricing varies with # of guests (8 max).

Fully renovated private basement suite with un-zoned street parking immediate in front of house and direct access from street. Less than 10-minute walk to Petworth metro, shops, and restaurants. New renovated basement level apartment in Riggs park DC. Walking distance to Fort Totten metro station. The space is a private studio apartment with a queen size bed and a futon couch. It has independent street access, located in a quiet neighborhood in DC with easy access to Downtown DC or Silver spring in MD.

Comfortable & Spacious Studio in Great Location

This clean renovated basement studio has a private entrance and easy self-check-in. The unit is located in the popular Columbia Heights neighborhood, and is a 5 - 10 min walk to the Petworth Metro, a Safeway and great neighborhood restaurants and bars. Access DC's other great sites in 15-20 mins.
