This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. Luxury San Rocco near Bellagio

The House is located in old town of Lezzeno at only 4 km from BELLAGIO ,the most famous tourist village on Lake Como. This building has been renovated 4 years ago, with high-end furniture. The garden is private and guests could get some sunshine and relax in complete privacy. Position is unique, just in front of lake Como. A public beach is also at walking distance, GARAGE is included in the price. Lovely house on 3 floors with stunning lake view.

Casa con fantastica vista La Valenzana (Amelia)

Casa di campagna, recentemente ristrutturata, con meravigliosa vista sul lago di Como composta da due appartamenti. L'appartamento AMELIA si trova al 1° piano e può ospitare fino a quattro persone (camera doppia più divano letto doppio).
