A truly unique 2-floor penthouse apartment situated in the heart of Southwell, benefitting from a completely private and very spacious roof terrace featuring an outdoor sitting area, outdoor TV, BBQ, and a state of the art Hot Tub The vast apartment is furnished to an exceptional standard, plus extremely well equipped, occupying the top two floors of the historic former Cinema. The terrace is finished to an extremely high standard, more like what you would expect to see in a 5-star London hotel suite, the state-of-the-art hot tub allows you views of the cathedral as well as the outdoor TV, the tub is also equipped with mood light and Bluetooth audio.
