Two-bedroom villa with private pool and sea view. The house is renovated, new air conditioning, mattress and dishes. Waiting for its new tenants for a wonderful and quiet holiday. The house has a kitchen with a stove and utensils for cooking. Nearby are the best beaches of Samui: Chaweng and Chongmon. The villa has a very convenient location. The Central Shopping Center, the Airport and the pier are 5 minutes away by car. Nearby there is a cafe, laundry, currency exchange and motorbike rental
