Beautiful home in lush surroundings. Kirstin and Julian are excellent hosts and the property served us well. The lovely warm pool, the beautiful lawns and stunning views, together with the close proximity to Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Avalon town centre made our family get away memorable

We absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave. Opening the door on the first day we straight away felt at home. It had all the homely feels. Everything was absolutely perfect. May, Lee, the girls and the gorgeous rabbit were the best hosts and straight away we felt like family. Our daughter was the same age as their youngest so that was really great. Lots of play time. We are coming back to Sydney in July and are very keen to make another booking.

Well appointed house with thoughtful touches. Very friendly neighbourhood, a short drive to the main shopping area and close to the beach too.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Scott’s beautiful home, my family and I had the most wonderful time.The beds were so comfortable And the location is amazing with everything you need within walking distance. Scotts Home is very clean, comfortable and felt just like home. Scott provided everything needed for a big family and the outdoor area was so welcoming The kids loved the pool I Definitely recommend Scotts place. John was so friendly and helpful from booking throughout our stay. He was always available when we needed him and sorted any problems we had very quickly. He gave us great recommendations about public transport and local coffee shops, beach walks and local attractions. His house and pool were in a great location for us as we were visiting family. John lives in the house and had moved out for our stay, so there were a lot of personal items around his home. The pool was a lovely extra, however it turned out to be hard work! It had to be cleared of debris every day due to the surrounding greenery and while we were told someone would attend the pool at least once a week, we had two visits in 4 weeks only to top up PH decreaser and possibly chlorine? The “donger”/ pool hoover seemed useless and went round in circles most of the time. The pool was grubby by the end of our trip with mould/algae around the steps at the far end and we had no idea how to clean or reverse this. Great holiday!

Beautiful family home that was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The rooms were large enough, comfy beds and a great outdoor space with the pool to top it all off! Location is tops, only a few minutes walk to town and easy to get around. Laura was a wonderful host, nothing was a hassle.

Duncan’s apartment was perfect for us with all amenities we needed for a 10 day stay, in a secure complex. Lovely decor, super comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped kitchen. Location convenient to Kings Cross train station and buses. Restaurants abound in this charming neighbourhood. A short walk to the city, harbour and many tourist attractions. Duncan was a considerate and proactive host.

Super comfortable and convenient place to stay in Olympic Park. IGA (with bottle shop) within easy walking distance along with Showground, Accor Stadium and Qudos Bank Arena. Sylvia was so pleasant and easy to contact and her instructions are very clear to find everything. Extremely comfortable for a family to stay and you don’t feel like you’re living on top of one another like you would in a hotel. The area was quiet too, we didn’t even hear the fireworks from the Easter Show given how close we were. My family looks forward to staying again soon.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Richard was an attentive host and provided us with prompt and clear instructions. He greeted us and guided us to parking and then showed us around the property. The property is divine. Two spacious bedrooms in a great building with a wonderful pool, spa and gym. Less than a hundred yards from the Star Casino and just a stones throw from Darling Harbor. What was really good was having a full Metro Woolworths supermarket right outside the door. Loved the whole experience. Thoroughly recommend this property and it's owners.

From beginning to end, this was genuinely the best Air BnB experience I have ever had! The host was so helpful every step of the way, all the instructions were clear and made the experience so much easier. Whilst staying here I felt like a guest at a friend’s home, not a stranger staying in a strange place. Everything was neat, clean, and tidy. Really comfortable and very accomodating. Walking through the neighbourhood made me want to move there, and I look forward to an excuse to book in again in the near future. The parks, restaurants, and overall vibe of the area makes for a wonderful place to be, and I genuinely envy the people that live there. This place is the place to stay if you need an air BnB in Zetland, take my word for it and thank yourself later. Huge thanks to the host. Just wow.

The apartment is extremely well equipped and in a wonderful location. The building is quiet, safe and well-maintained. I would certainly stay there again and recommend to anyone considering a stay in Sydney!

We had an amazing stay at Suzanne’s Airbnb! The location was perfect, the space was beautiful, and the views of the Saturday night fireworks were absolutely incredible. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sydney—such a great experience!

Al was absolutely amazing throughout my booking from the start to the end. I was running a little late for check in, and as long as I kept him updated, he was great. The accommodation has everything you need that keeps you private and self contained. It's clean and tidy, and had enough space for me as I was travelling alone. I highly recommend this place for the location, price, and the friendly and approachable host. Thanks Al, I hope to see you again!

Je pense que cela a été l’une de mes expériences bnb préférée ! Le lieu est juste INCROYABLE. Encore plus beau que sur les photos. La vue est magique. Jack et Diane sont disponibles et très serviable si vous avez la moindre question. Il connaissent parfaitement le coin et pourrons vous donner de bonnes petites adresses pour manger ou visiter les lieux. Je recommande à 100% ! Encore merci pour votre accueil !

Great place, great location, and great host. Great for a family. They were very responsive and great hosts. Walkable to beach and train. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed spending a few days at Evelyn's. The weather was perfect for sitting by the pool, or walking down to Paradise Beach for a swim. Plenty of great locations nearby for dinner bookings (The Clareville, The Newport, Barangaroo House). Getting around via Uber was easy. The apartment was very private, and the view from every room was absolutely stunning. Pretty keen to return again some day, but next time we might BYO coffee. We do like our coffee stronger than the pods provided, so this is just a personal preference.

Eva is the perfect host. The Pool Annexe was so comfy and easy. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool due to the rain. Eva was most accommodating with our 2 small dogs. The garden area for them was so appreciated. Check in was a breeze, parking was easy. Close to shops and the train was so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Eva anytime.
