A beautiful, tranquil farmhouse in the countryside

This peaceful, refurbished farmhouse has retained its original, rustic charm. Built in the late 19th century and boasting many original features, it includes a lounge with log fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs shower and toilet, a huge garden and car parking space. The property is situated to nearby St Jean D'Angely, Rochefort, Bordeaux, Cognac and many other destinations. Supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. The property is easy to reach from nearby motorways.

Demeure authentique piscine Dordogne

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Fraichement rénovée et décorée avec goût, nous mettons en location notre jolie demeure en Dordogne en notre absence. Elle se situe au coeur d'un charmant petit village dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant. Datant du XVIIe siècle, elle mêle le charme de l'ancien (planchers chêne, cheminées...) au confort moderne et à la décoration actuelle. Grande Maison familiale

Idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Vastes chambres à l'étage et espaces communs conviviaux. Baby foot, ping pong, vidéo projecteur. À l’extérieur, jardin et terrasse couverte . Le charme de cette maison du XVIIIIe siècle réside aussi dans son emplacement à proximité d’une rivière avec plage aménagée, zone de loisirs et guinguette, à laquelle on accède directement depuis le jardin (clôturé) sans emprunter la route. Tous les commerces du quotidien sont accessibles à pied.

Comfortable, stylish house in small rural village

Large village house with garden, patio and further sunny roof terrace. Recently renovated and redecorated, it boasts very large main bedroom with en-suite leading out onto roof terrace. Also a further half bathroom. Downstairs, a large entrance hall, spacious fully equipped kitchen/diner, large dining room, fully tiled shower room, utility room Nearby are the pretty towns of Rochechouart & Chabanais as well as the Lakes of the Haute Vienne with sandy beaches for swimming, kayaking.

Charming and cozy cottage by the Charente river

Welcome to our home in Verteuil! We have made this house a comfortable & cozy place to stay. The house has 3 independent bedrooms (1 with an attached bath), an additional one & a half bathroom, a downstairs salon & an upstairs tv room. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people & does have a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped so enjoy a snack in the kitchen or a full meal in the dining room! A highlight of the house is the private dock. Have a drink on the dock and enjoy the view!

Lantlig fransk idyll invid floden

With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.

Chatenet Holiday Gites - entier - grand espace.

A large, impressive space for social living, ideal for families; enclosed garden with its pool (private) offers a safe space for children to play, including slide, swings and small sandpit. The air conditioned gites all have private terraces offering views across the valley with fields of sunflowers and vines. The owners live on site, in a separate residence, and are always on hand to help. Licensed - able to offer wine tastings and sales.

Ruelle du bourg maison ancienne ( fibre )

Maison ancienne ( avec la fibre ) juste rénovée avec terrasse et plancha. Amenagement interieur soigné. Cuisine bien équipée. Le logement est ideal pour 3 voir 4 personnes. Vous serez a proximité d un des plus beaux villages de france: Aubeterre avec ces plages fluviales permettant de nombreuses activités comme la baignade, le canoë mais aussi la marche, le vtt dans la campagne et les bois environnants.
