This Shepherds Hut has a long double giving extra space for tall guests and the main area has sofa, dining table and of course your own ensuite bathroom with free toiletries. The traditional fitted kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook meals and there's plenty of complementary tea and fresh coffee.

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. During lockdown we have renovated and updated our guest house. We are excited to welcome you to our idyllic rural retreat, far away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. The top floor of the stable has been lovingly converted with a big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large sitting room. A detached (dog friendly) studio cottage located in the beautiful West Dorset village of Thorncombe, about 9 miles from the seaside resort of Lyme Regis. It is decorated & furnished to an exceptional standard with many of those 'little extra's which make is stand out from crowd such as a Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and DAB radio along with a welcome pack of those essentials which are needed when you first arrive. Little Knapp has cosy underfloor heating and a luxurious shower room.

There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn

Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.
