Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Maison à Senlis - proche Chantilly Compiègne Paris

Bénéficiez du confort d'une maison entièrement meublée et équipée, idéale pour visiter la cité médiévale de Senlis et sa région : Chantilly, Compiègne, l'abbaye royale de La Fontaine Chaalis (13 minutes), le parc Jean-Jacques Rousseau, le Château de Pierrefonds, le Parc Astérix (10 minutes), la Mer de sable (15 minutes)... Paris est également à 30 minutes par autoroute. Pour des séjours professionnels, l'aéroport Charles de Gaulle et le parc des expositions de Villepinte sont à 20 minutes.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Situé à 40km de Paris, le gîte Brunehaut est implanté dans les communs de la ferme de Balagny. Dominée par sa haute tour du XIII ème siècle ,les bâtiments ont gardé leur authenticité propre aux domaines agricoles du Valois Il peut accueillir 8 personnes , dispose de 3 chambres avec trois salles de bains, d'une grande salle de séjour avec cuisine ouverte. Vous pourrez profiter de sa terrasse et de son jardin privé donnant sur les pâtures des chevaux. Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées.

L'Hébergerie se situe à Apremont, village de charme à 5km de Chantilly et Senlis. Vous y apprécierez la clarté, la décoration soignée, l'équipement de standing et les nombreuses attractivités de la région. Entouré de 3 Golfs , du Polo Club de Chantilly (à 50 mètres à pieds) et de grandes forêts, Apremont se trouve à 25mn de l'Aéroport de Roissy Paris CDG et à 50km de Paris. C'est un village parfait pour un petit séjour dans une belle région à découvrir absolument !

Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Hideaway in Le Marais, close to the Seine
