The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. A short drive from several beaches. Local restaurants nearby. Comfortable space for 2 people. Željko has many great recommendations. He arranged a boat ride for us. Ivan’s family farm is a cluster of beautiful stone cottages set amongst fruit trees with BBQs, pools & terraces to enjoy. I’m sure amazing in the summer but not as useable during our late October stay unfortunately. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains & very close to a number of vineyards. The cottage we had was large & spacious with everything we needed. Ivan is great host. Quick to respond, helpful with advice & recommendations. He met us so we could follow him in our hire car to the property & also supported by printing our boarding passes that we read we needed for Podgorica airport rather than digital (which wasn’t true for information). Great & peaceful last two days to our three week tour in the Balkans. Thanks Ivan!! 😊

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the villa! The last days of September marked the end of the holiday season, and we experienced some thunderstorms and heavy rain. The villa is in a superb location with breathtaking views and peaceful, private surroundings. It’s equipped with everything you could need—kitchen full of gadgets, utensils, plates, even oils and spices. We enjoyed cooking dinners after shopping at Cogimar, a 'Harrods' lookalike store just 3 minutes away. The villa can fit 8 people, but it’s more suitable for 6, as the loft space is a mezzanine above the kitchen/lounge, and sound travels easily. The walk to Kotor Old Town is over 30 minutes but pleasant. A taxi back costs 6-7 euros, and there's parking for 2-3 cars. This villa would be my dream house with its mid-century vibes—bright and modern. However, it needs some modernisation: it's slightly dated, damp, and some windows don't close or lock. It needs TLC.

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Daniel est très serviable et disponible. L’arrivée s’est très bien déroulée. La vue du penthouse est tout simplement époustouflante avec une terrasse gigantesque. La piscine est très agréable et aucun vis à vis. La baignade dans les bouches du kotor, juste en face de la maison est très agréable et très pratique. Le penthouse était très propre et très bien équipé. Daniel nous a mis quelques attentions personnelles dans le réfrigérateur. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Je recommande fortement.

The house itself was great but the road in was very tight and difficult to navigate.

Quiet place, with beautiful views and a short walk into town. Three outside areas on different floors with plenty of shade if required. Communication with Aleks easy, very responsive and help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ljubazni domaćin. Odlična lokacija, lijep pogled. Sve je bilo besprekorno čisto. Vratićemo se sigurno ponovo.Sve pohvale.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. A incrível recepção que Dejan nos preparou (com frutas e bebidas), o espaço é super aconchegante, totalmente completo em utensílios, uma vista estonteante da varanda que é ótima para um café da manhã tranquilo. Gostaríamos de ter ficado mais dias no Panorama View. Recomendo fortemente!

This place was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly, explained everything about the city, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. They were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a great view. The old town and other key areas were very easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastisch appartement en locatie. Het is 35 minuten lopen naar de oude stad, maar dat is goed te doen.

Le séjour a été parfait ! Le logement est impeccable, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés. Milo is an excellent host. Very responsive! Met us to give us the keys and to answer any questions. The view is beautiful from the balcony. There is a secure parking garage for your vehicle if you are driving. The apartment is a fifteen minute walk to Old town or we would park in the free parking area across from the graveyard just before entering the town and then we didn't need to walk back up the hill. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well. A wonderful location.

Ljiljana is een supervriendelijke dame, reageert erg snel op gelijk welke vraag. Haar mama en zoon ontvangden ons erg hartelijk. Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht, het is ruim en alles is voorhanden. De wandeling naar Tivat is niet ver maar wel stijl. Spijtig dat er immense wegenwerken zijn om Tivat te bereiken of naar ergens te gaan.. daardoor altijd red lang onderweg (maar ljiljana kan daar uiteraard niets aan doen en eens de werken gedaan zijn zal het super zijn)

Slobodan's home was really beautiful. Very conveniently located in the old town. The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable and spacious. Check-in process was very easy, thanks to the clear instructions and videos sent to us. Slobodan gave us good recommendations of the restaurants in the region and places of attraction. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place, friendly staff and amazing views of the sunset. Definitely recommend. But you do need a car or get a taxi for 9 euros from Kator as it's up in the hills and not on a bus route, but worth it for the view.

Just the most idyllic and beautiful space to recharge. Goran is by far the best host I've ever encountered. It really feels like staying with a long lost friend that gives you plenty of space and privacy. The breakfasts in the morning are just amazing and so varied. I've come back lighter and so full of energy. For runners the villa has some beautiful traffic free running routes (just a couple if protective dogs to dodge on the way). The perfect place to recharge away from everything but close enough to everything? (definitely recommend hiring a car)

Had a great vacation at Philip and Jovanka's villa. Both are lovely people, very friendly. We ordered breakfast and dinner through them and it was excellent!! The villa is very spacious, we were several families, a total of 17 people and the division of the villa was very suitable. The division into several spacious apartments and in addition a very wide and large dining room where we could all eat our meals together. The pool is lovely, very spacious although due to the weather we did not use it. The villa is a short drive from large supermarkets and about 15 minutes from Tivat airport. was very successful. Many thanks to Philip and the whole family!! Highly recommended

De accommodatie was verder van het centrum dan we hadden verwacht, ongeveer 35-45 minuten rijden. Ook de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 25-30 minuten afstand. Dit is goed om in gedachten te houden als je veel boodschappen wilt doen. Het handigst is om voor een aantal dagen boodschappen te doen en, als je richting het centrum gaat, een volle dag aan activiteiten te plannen. De afstand tot het centrum hadden we zelf ook beter moeten onderzoeken. Het privéstrand daarentegen is heerlijk rustig en perfect om in te zwemmen, wat het verblijf erg ontspannend maakte. Daarnaast hebben we erg genoten van de activiteiten die door Marko worden aangeboden, zoals het zwembad, de basketbal- en biljarttafel. Dit zorgde voor voldoende vermaak tijdens ons verblijf. De accommodatie zelf was schoon en goed onderhouden, met alle faciliteiten die naar behoren werkten. De bedden waren comfortabel en de douche was krachtig en warm, wat altijd fijn is. Al met al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad!

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

We absolutely loved our stay!! Couldn’t recommend this airbnb more. As a group of 7, this suited us perfectly, and we made full use of the space, including some great BBQs in the outdoor space. Everything was as described and as in the photos, and the hosts were brilliant! Going above and beyond to greet us upon arrival, help us with car rental for the week, and anything else we needed. The place is also secluded enough that it feels super private and special. We hope to come back for another group trip - Montenegro is truly beautiful

Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!

Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu – cena była atrakcyjna, a dom położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko miasta, ale wciąż w spokojnym otoczeniu. Widoki z posesji naprawdę robią wrażenie. Dom był funkcjonalny, choć na górze dało się lekko wyczuć zapach kanalizacji. Miejsce do grillowania niestety trochę zawiodło – znajduje się z tyłu domu i było mało zadbane. Drewniane leżaki przy basenie były bez poduszek - przez co były niezbyt wygodne. Basen nieduży, ale czysty i wystarczający do krótkiego relaksu. Podsumowując – miejsce ma potencjał i dobre położenie.
