My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jen & Steve’s property. The pictures didn’t do the place justice, it really is an incredible place - with fantastic communal areas for entertaining and family time. We absolutely love Broke, the view/surroundings didn’t disappoint. This is one for the memory books - would highly recommend a stay. For those looking for wine tours - A Wine Tour in Broke happily arranged pick up from the property no problem.

Fabulous location with great cafe across the road, playground next door and the village shops around the corner. Place was nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Donna was v responsive and provided great suggestions of places to visit.

We loved all just chilling in the lounge area. The beds were super comfy. We loved it and would love to come again one day.

The property had everything we needed. It was perfectly presented and was in a convenient location.

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

We had an amazing stay as a group of friends at this wonderful Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—having the beach just across the street made our trip truly special. Our host was exceptionally helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed, and provided great local recommendations. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. The only minor watchpoint is the 1.5 bathroom setup, but we made it work without any issues. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back!

Sally’s accommodation was wonderful. The cottage and surrounds were gorgeous, peaceful and beautifully maintained, and we felt right at home. Added to that, Sally provided special touches with freshly baked bread, fresh eggs and pastries. We felt very lucky to have found this Mindaribba cottage! Thank you very much 🙏

Wild Woods cabin amongst the trees and birds is a quiet and comfortable weekend escape. Perfect position away from the traffic yet close to the vineyards. We’ll be back!

Very cosy comfy bed in a quiet location, good central area for getting around. Close to black butt reserve which was really nice for walking. Very friendly nice host and very clean. Loved it , couldn't fault in anyway.

Three families stayed in Rachael’s property during school break, it was spacious, well-appointed and tranquil. Kids had plenty to do in the game room and the pool. Adults feel safe to let the kids out of our sights as the property was secluded and private. It was 20-min drive away from the main winery areas, but We had most meals in the house as it was too nice a place to not make the most out of. Rachael and Joshua to extremely responsive and friendly when having to deal with a couple of minor issues. We had a great time and will be likely to return.

We enjoyed a couple of days at the Pool House in Caves Beach. Good location, an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The Pool House was perfect for our needs, very clean, well equipped, private and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with milk, bread, eggs, wine and beer and other provisions. A very comfortable stay, thank you.

Stephen’s place was exactly as expected, felt at home as soon as you arrive. The grounds and space are amazing and great for the larger group if needed. Stephen was a great communicator and easy to talk too. Would be more than happy to come again!!

The perfect place if you are looking to unwind and have the most relaxing time. Very modern and beautiful. It comes with everything you need if planning your work remotely for a couple of days. Thank you Yang! We had a fantastic stay at Caves Beach. Yang’s house was beautiful — comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach, local cafés, and the bar. Caves Beach itself is the perfect spot to unwind, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including plenty of games to keep the kids entertained.

Spacious, bright and lovely Airbnb with everything you need for a comfortable getaway. We were a family of 5 adults staying for just one night and the three bedrooms with king beds were a treat for us. Easy check in and check out, Courtney and Jade were great communicators and touched base with us at every point to ensure we were going ok. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Puddleduck House! There were so many activities to enjoy—from the swimming pool and pool table to table tennis and even an arcade game—which kept both us and the kids happily entertained throughout our visit. The home is beautifully furnished, with thoughtful amenities that really enhanced our experience. The large, deep, comfy couches were a particular highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, had a beautiful view, and offered plenty of space for us and our dogs to relax. It was great to find a spot that was truly dog-friendly—our dogs felt right at home. The backyard was secure, and there were lovely walks nearby. Carly and Katie were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for anyone travelling with pets!
