Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Studio 35 m² autonome à Cormeilles en Parisis

Studio autonome et meublé de 35 m² à 7 minutes de la gare de Cormeilles en Parisis et 20 minutes de Paris, dans secteur pavillonnaire et calme. Confortable et refait récemment. Cuisine US, pièce à vivre, salle d'eau/WC. Prix 42€ par jour. Le linge de maison est fourni (Draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons etc..). La vue donne sur les jardins avoisinants et la vallée de la seine et Saint- Germain. N'hésitez pas à communiquer avec moi si vous souhaitez des renseignements complémentaires.

Belle maison directement en bord de Seine, à 40 minutes de Paris, près de St. Germain-en-Laye, de Versailles et de Giverny. Idéale pour visiter Paris et sa région. Cadre dépaysant. Ponton privatif, grand jardin, calme garanti. Bel intérieur de style moderne. Jacuzzi extérieur avec vue sur la Seine, d’avril à octobre (dates précises en fonction des températures extérieures). Plusieurs Paddles/SUP et Kayaks mis à disposition gratuitement (avec gilets de sauvetage pour adultes et enfants).

Jolie guest house avec jardin et grande mezzanine

Fêtes et invités non autorisés! Grand studio indépendant tout équipé de 45 m2 avec mezzanine et espace jardin privatif sur vaste propriété close. Idéal pour couple ou famille avec enfants. Cadre atypique et verdoyant proche de la gare de Villennes (ligne J, direct St Lazare en 22 minutes), ou du RER A à Poissy et des autoroutes A13&A14 qui mettent Paris à 30 minutes. Parking sur la propriété La paroi naturelle en pierre est pleine de charme et atypique et régule la chaleur.

Warm, very bright 135m2 big apartment with terrace and breathtaking panoramic view over Paris on the 26 floors of a prestigious residence on the banks of the Seine, 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees and at the gateway to the La Defense business district. Residential area close to all shops. I do not accept any form of party in my apartment, please do not contact me about this! (only a quiet diner or drinks can be accept)

Le Vésinet, maison au calme si près de Paris

Le Vésinet est une ville parc, vous vivrez dans un cadre résidentiel, loin du bruit. Notre souhait : que vous vous sentiez chez vous chez nous dans notre 'Petite Maison' blottie au calme dans la nature, vous dînerez l'été sur la terrasse. La surface de la Petite Maison est de 53m2, elle est idéale pour les familles car les chambres sont communicantes. Accueil et propreté sont nos priorités.
