A very well thought out and extremely clean and comfortable place to stay. Every detail and more provided. Sally, left all sorts of unexpected extras and the fresh milk, Welsh cakes and array of teas were so welcome after our long journey. Fantastic location for New Quay, several smaller less populated beaches and stunning coastal walks. We felt we had our privacy and yet warmly welcomed. Just returned from our 4-night stay and we couldn’t be happier! This place was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations. Jackie and Gareth were the most wonderful hosts—so kind and friendly—and their grandson Evan was such a lovely, polite young man. My children had the best time and truly loved this holiday. The flat is in a perfect location, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The welcome we received was amazing, and Jackie even baked us a cake—it was honestly the best cake I’ve ever eaten! Thank you so much—we’ll definitely be back! x

The guest house was in midst of the Rheidol valley and surrounded by a serene valleys and farmlands. If you would like to spend a few days in a peaceful quiet village the place is for you, the atmosphere calms you down. We took the Rheidol Steam Railway from Aberystwyth to the Devil's bridge and when the train is on the top of the valley you can see the house from the other side. my daughter got really excited finding the house from the train. The valley is picturesque and beautiful, you will enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Julie was a great host. Came to greet us and left lots of info and left us alone which is exactly how we like it. She left LOADS of breakfast supplies and drinks ect in the room. She even left two little bunny eggs as we stayed over Easter. Lots of toiletries she really thought of everything and left it for us. The place was beautiful, spotless clean and all modern and fresh. The view well, it was amazing!! We wanted a place out of the way to relax but close enough todo things if we wanted, the place is so nice it's hard to leave. A lovely place to recharge the batteries!

Very cute and clean, right next to the beach and walking distance to local pubs and restaurants. Very welcoming and friendly. We even got a hello from Rosie the dog!

We had a lovely short family stay (4 people). Before the arrival we received clear instructions about our stay. The host Anwen was welcoming, helpful and answered all our questions, with a thoughtful touch of fresh milk and cakes waiting for us. The place was very well equipped, and had everything we needed, as described. Recommended for a quiet, cosy getaway.

Had a great stay, Yvonne is a very friend;y and helpful host. Location was great, easy to get to the surrounding areas and also easy to get in to Aberyswyth (tip: park at St Michael’s Church car park near the castle). Lovely accommodation,lovely fresh eggs. Can definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay as a Family again as this was our second visit! Amazing views, beautiful inside with everything you need for a lovely relaxing stay.

This Cwtch was stunning and we enjoyed the hot tub and surrounds very beautiful. Very good value for money and lovely breakfast basket each morning. Would definitely recommend and if the area again would stay here again. Emma was a great host, welcomed us on arrival and good communication. Thanks again we loved it! Paul & Jen
