The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The house has already been appreciated by climbing enthusiasts at the nearby Muzzerone site.

Su richiesta siamo anche disponibili per pratiche di riflessologia plantare. La casa è vicino al centro di La Spezia, tuttavia siamo immersi nella natura e in un’atmosfera silenziosa. Punto ideale per chi desidera visitare il nostro splendido Golfo dei Poeti e le 5 terre.

At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

To stay at the Cottage you need a car as it rests at the end of private road climbing the mountain with a gorgeous view over the La Spezia gulf. It is the perfect destination for 2 families with kids because there are 4 rooms and 2 of them are with bunk beds. You will be surrounded by nature, tranquillity and beauty!
