The Cozy Camper

Pack light and make big memories during your stay in the cozy camper. This 30 foot camper is located on our family homestead just one mile from the llano river. The property is also less than 30 minutes from Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake State Parks as well as several parks with access to the local lakes. We live on the property and will be present to help should any problems arise. We also share the land with wildlife and our animal friends including cattle, chickens, turkeys, dogs and a cat.

Almost 800 sq ft of VERY Clean, Very private, brand new, full kitchen, full bath, large bedroom, can sleep up to 7, 2 TVs, plenty of closet space, close to Baylor, Scott, & White. Floors steam cleaned, tiled throughout, anything you might touch is sterilized. Private entrance, plenty of parking for just about anything. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, Queen blow-up mattress, and 2 couches. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides.

Enjoy a resort type visit when you stay in this unique place. Heatable swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table, ping pong, exercise pole, Karaoke, Massage Room, Music Room, Office, private back yard. Never far from one of 15 TVs. My rates include 10.75% City and County hotel tax. I don't charge a cleaning or pet fee. Other places in town charge these and other extra fees. Molly the cat will let herself in and out and will be your friend. It's all yours. Quiet neighborhood. No partiers please.

Space has a pool table, small pool, full kitchen, jetted tub and concrete floors. It feels like a nice hotel room hiding in a quaint old house. Bed is memory foam and super comfy. Porch, deck, seating, small POOL. This is 1/2 of a duplex (your space is private). There is a SHARED yard with a nice deck. NO CLEANING FEE!!! 18 and up. No kids. The backyard is a SHARED area. Strict 2 person limit. NO EXTRA GUESTS! NO EARLY CHECK IN/OUT! Please don’t ask. Must Inquire before booking with pets.
