A wonderfully built spacious villa (170 sqm) with 4 bedrooms, a huge green garden and one of Greece's most beutiful sandy beaches (Potamos-see photo!) just a 5 min walk from the house! The house has 2 Queen size beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), 2 King size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and 1 single bed (90 cm x 2.00 m) and is ideal for two families. 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 playcorner, 2 balconies, 1 big terrace. . There is an environmental tax of 15 euros per day, not included in the price

My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.
