Nice area of central Berlin, a modern, secure, gated residence complex, serviced by lifts. A short stroll to subway and tram station as well as a range of restaurants cafes and supermarket, not too far from Check Point Charlie and other "must see" locations. In short: the ideal location. But that alone doesn't make it special or "stand out." Valerie takes a different view from the usual "full apartments" that are offered by many enterprises but end up little more than a sterile, soul less commercial venture. The moment you turn the key and step inside you realise this is someones home - has a warm, welcoming vibe from the very first few seconds. Yes, it's tastefully furnished and decorated but it still manages to capture that homely, welcome feel. It has a life, a character - one could imagine Valerie there. Valerie is an excellent communicator, provides several info guides and is happy to answer questions re the locale.

What an amazing stay! We were a big group of 7 and had so much space and comfort! The apartment was very clean and looked even better than in the photos. The bathrooms especially were numerous and very nice. Beds were comfy and had aesthetic, beautiful views. Prague was an absolutely enchanting city and coming home to this great AirBnb every night was perfect. It was super easy to get into the room every day and the hosts were extremely responsive and very informative. Overall an amazing trip enhanced by this lovely apartment!! Thank you :)

great place full of style we had a really good time and everything was really nice! one small thing it would be better if there were 2 keys instead of one. other than that everything was perfect!

In der Nebensaison ruhiges Plätzchen und guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren Rund um die Müritz. Wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt gibt es eine Badewanne mit Whirlpool und einen Kamin.

Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine Unterkunft und Service, den wir wirklich empfehlen können. Wir hatten das ganze Haus für 4 Nächte gemietet. Die Ausstattung ist super und alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Das Haus war bei Übergabe in einem absolut sauberen und einladenden Zustand. Alles hat funktioniert und es gab grundlegend nichts zu beanstanden. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut schlank und schnell. Ein paar Fragen zur Umgebung und zu Restaurants wurden innerhalb weniger Stunden beantwortet. Von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für das Haus und 5/5 Sterne :-).

We had a brilliant stay at this lovely apartment which is in a perfect area near lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Quiet and comfortable flat. We hope to stay again!

We love this apartment and would definitely stay here again. The location can’t be beat. It is in the center of old town with a very short walk to the clock tower. But what really stood out is how quiet the complex is. The weather was perfect- sunny and cold- so we opened the window at night, when we slept, instead of using Jana’s aircon(which was in good condition). We were surprised how quiet it was, especially because it’s in the heart of the old town. Like extremely quiet and peaceful. So perfect. Bed and pillows were so comfortable - the blanket too. Shower with enclosure, heated towel racks was a big help since it was quite cold. Design was so cute- modern and spacious. Bedrooms were large with big beds and a lot of closet space. The huge windows gave the apartment bright lights. Jana was very responsive and helpful. She gave a lot of recommendations (in her booklet) and she also booked our airport taxi for us. We felt very safe. Highly recommend this listing

Ottimo appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia in condominio top con ascensore e portiere h24. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort e super accessoriato con tutte le dotazioni che possono servire per un soggiorno breve. Complimenti davvero!

Jedno z najlepszych airbnb, w których gościłem. Sypialnia wychodzi na spokojny dziedziniec, na ul. Bořivojovej, na którą wychodzą okna z salonu nie ma dużego ruchu i jest bardzo cicho. W okolicy kilka dobrych restauracji, sklepy i parki. Blisko do Wieży Telewizyjnej. Dojazd do ścisłego centrum Boltem kosztuje mniej niż 150 koron i zajmuje kilka-kilkanaście minut. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, chętnie odwiedzę to ładne i wygodne mieszkanie na Žižkovie ponownie 🙂

The place was amazing! It was equipped with everything that you will need for your stay. We were 3 people and was perfectly convenient. The location is also amazing - the tram and metro are 2 mins away and there is a big shopping center in front of the building. Would definitely recommend.
