We had a fantastic stay at Majid’s house. It is just as beautiful as in the photos. Very clean and modern. All amenities provided. Easy to find thanks to instructions provided by Andrea (cohost). She was available 24/7 throughout our stay and was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend hiring a car as the house is 10-15 minutes drive from the main town (Varenna). Once you arrive, the views are absolutely stunning. Both of the main bedrooms have a balcony. Waking up to the view was really something special. Thank you Majid for providing such an incredible place for us to stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described, stylish, and super comfortable. Andrea was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and Mr. Mo did a nice check-in. The space itself was cozy and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We especially loved the tennis court and the Swedish sauna, and of course the great view of Como lake. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ein großes, sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Terasse und Aussicht. Man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Und Martin, ein guter, sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, eingenehm und erholsam.

We had a pleasant stay. The view of the lake Geneva was amazing. Hadrien is a pleasant host who is willing to help and responded in short time. We would love to come back!

Einfach perfekt – absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus war makellos sauber, liebevoll vorbereitet und es war wirklich an alles gedacht – von kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten über Fahrräder bis hin zu Spielen und Malbüchern für die Kinder. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen, tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und den Check-in sogar früher möglich gemacht. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft, und der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Spielen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können Haus und Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great stay in Monica’s house. As a family with small kids we loved the huge garden with its solid fence. The house/apartment is spacious and free of clutter. Monica and Annalisa were great hosts and always available for us.

Great Villa, in a fabulous location, close to local restaurants and the lakeside. It is beautifully furnished - very clean and tidy, with a well equipped Kitchen and lovely modern bathrooms including a spa bath! An enclosed garden with beautiful pool and sun loungers meant we did not wander too far, although the lake was great for swimming too. Anna & Cristina were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly recommend this villa - an absolute gem. Thank you - we all had a wonderful stay.

We really had a wonderful time. Great and private location. Wonderful pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Charming and cozy cabin. Just there were some issues with some smell and general state of cleaning of the house but not a big deal. Overall e had great time and highly recommend Anna's villa .

Wir waren mit 5 Familien für 4 Nächte in der Villa! Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, v.a. für die Kinder gab es viel Platz zum Spielen und viele Spielsachen für drinnen und draußen. Die vorhandene Küche ist etwas eng, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die 4 Badezimmer sind ausreichend, damit es auch bei mehreren Personen zu keinen "Stau" kommt ;) Elisabetta ist eine super nette und herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt hat und sogar unsere Pizzabestellung an den Pizzalieferanten organisiert hat! Tiptop! Die Unterkunft ist komplett umzäunt und liegt sehr idyllisch an einem kleinen Bach, daneben gibt es auch ein öffentlicher Spielplatz, der von unseren Kindern auch sehr gerne genutzt wurde! Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, um ab von jeglichen Touristenpfaden, einen entspannten und tollen Urlaub zu verbringen!

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement est top, la décoration moderne, les chambres spacieuses , les lits confortables, la cuisine super bien aménagée, bref un régal ! Au niveau des équipements, la cible électronique pour fléchettes est géniale, beaucoup de jeux dispos sur la borne d'arcade , une petite machine pour faire des pops corns super pour les enfants (et adultes !) Le meilleur reste évidemment le sous sol avec un jaccuzi xxl pour s'éclater avec les enfants et/ou profiter d'une soirée relaxantes , le sauna est également très grand, le vidéo projecteur est génial pour diffuser de la musique par exemple ! La table de ping-pong et le babyfoot finissent de rendre l'endroit idéal pour s'amuser ! L'hôte est très réactif et a été disponible rapidement lors de notre séjour et a pu nous recommander des endroits sympas dans la région Maison située en un peu moins d'une heure d'Europa Park et Rulantica et 20mn de Strasbourg Nous y reviendrons et avons déjà recommandé le lieu à la famille !

Goed huis, heel mooi gerenoveerd. Alle voorzieningen werkten perfect. Bedden lagen heerlijk en alles was netjes schoon. Communicatie met Andras was heel soepel en hij reageerde altijd snel. Locatie is in een heel rustig woonwijk maar met de auto ben je er overal zo.

The most magnificent place to unwind and relax. Village close by for groceries. Loads of activities. This house has so much space and ideal for families.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa offre une vue imprenable sur le lac d'Annecy. Les équipements sont comme décrit dans l'annonce, quartier calme. Communication facile et très sympathique avec Laura et Lisa. Nous recommandons cette location!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe und hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Der Empfang war äußerst herzlich und freundlich. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – es ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten zur Nutzung. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir konnte ein schönes und unvergessliches Wochenende unter Freundinnen geniessen. Die Küche ist äusserst gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist gross und es hat wirklich alles was es benötigt! Danke :)

We hebben met ons hele gezin genoten van alle ruimte, het zwembad, de rust en de mooie omgeving! De communicatie met Jellie verliep voorspoedig, altijd snelle terugkoppeling op onze vragen. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad en toen het na een paar dagen winderig werd, zorgde de kap ervoor dat het niet te koud werd. Helemaal super!

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Sehr schöne Villa, super Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht um Frühstück vorzubereiten oder eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung. Der große Pool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe mit Kindern in der Unterkunft. Das Haus hat wirklich vieles zu bieten. Die Möbel sind vielleicht nicht mehr modern aber in einem sehr guten Zustand und vor allem sehr sauber! Hilfreich war auch die zusätzliche Küche im unteren Bereich. Der Garten mit Trampolin und Schaukel war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit verständlicherweise nicht benutzen. Bezüglich der Zimmer vielleicht eine Anmerkung. In der oberen Etage befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer wovon eines ein Durchgangszimmer zu einem weiteren Schlafzimmer ist. Wir danken dir Jean-François für den tollen Aufenthalt und dass du immer sehr gut erreichbar warst. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
