Tiny Home on Center Hill Lake

Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

Fast & reliable FIBER internet!! Quiet setting on the water. Relax, unwind & sit outside on a back deck. All you will hear are birds & the occasional boat. 10 minute drive to Rock Island State Park. Close to Cumberland Caverns & Fall Creek Falls. Take one of our paddle boards or kayaks or simply explore the trails, playgrounds & views the park has to offer! Work from the river for a few days. Center Hill Lakehouse- Cozy + Stunning Lake View

Enjoy a peaceful retreat in nature at this relaxing home with beautiful lake view and a cozy, modern aesthetic. The home is on Center Hill Lake which has many marinas, is gorgeous and a little over an hour from Nashville. Rent a boat from Hurricane Marina 20 mins away or launch yours nearby for a day on the water. Hiking trails and waterfall are within a half hours drive. Grill and eat your dinner on the deck watching the sunset and watch the stars come up in the hot tub. Peaceful retreat.

The Owl's Nest will be your next home away from home! Tucked away at the end of a dead-end gravel road, you'll find our perfectly secluded A-frame with all the amenities you'll need for a little R&R. Enjoy an evening with friends/family by the fire pit, or a daytime adventure down to the lake by way of walking trail and take the kayaks out on the water. We hope you'll enjoy our home, and the sounds of nature (and an occasional hoot from the resident owls) that come with it, as much as we do.

We love hosting on Airbnb! Letting others enjoy the incredibly unique experience the treehouse offers is truly our passion; 5 decks, hot tub, trail to the lake (located on a beautiful cove), a few miles from Hurricane Marina. Can sleep up to 10 guests. I am confident this property won't disappoint & reassured you will want to visit again! Our lake has 18,220 watery acres with 415 miles of preserved shoreline - water sports are encouraged. MUST READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING -AGE 25+!
