Great Place!! I had a wonderful stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The check-in process was straightforward, with clear instructions that made getting in super simple. The place itself was spotless and well-kept, with a modern, cozy feel that made it easy to settle in right away. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was absolutely beautiful and added a really peaceful vibe to the whole stay. The location was also really convenient, with shops and stores just a short walk away, which made grabbing essentials or a quick bite incredibly easy. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay.

A very good and safe location, just walking distance to the mall. The surrounding is very clean and good security. Chona respond me when we have Internet problems although the number that they provided didn't work but still they addressed my concerns, overalls it was a pleasant stay we appreciate it.

I had a great stay here. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The room was clean and had a nice view from the balcony. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and warm water. The location is also good, close to the IT Park and Ayala malls where you can find many restaurants and nice places to relax. I have no complaints. The host was very responsive to my questions. It’s really worth staying here.

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

I'm usually in Cebu once every 3 months, and this place has become my home away from home. This was my 4th (?) time staying in this unit, and like how clean and homey it feels. We had a pleasant stay at Flordelyn’s unit! The location is super convenient—right across SM City Cebu, with a coffee shop, laundry, and pharmacy all available at the Lower Ground Floor. The unit itself was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. There were just occasional delays with the elevator, but overall, highly recommended!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, and the views were amazing—from the kitchen to the rooms, and especially around the pool and jacuzzi area. We were pleasantly surprised to find the place was pet-friendly and even came with a chef and attendants who made us feel right at home. The chef was excellent—every meal was delicious and presented like it came from a fine dining restaurant. The attendants were also very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for two nights and honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. That said, there were a few small issues. The water dispenser wasn’t working properly, and even the hot water feature couldn't heat water for coffee. We also expected a coffee maker (as seen in the listing photos), but there wasn’t one available. The fridge’s water tank needed refilling, which we couldn’t do ourselves and had to ask the attendant for help. Lastly, on our final day, we informed the staff we’d have breakfast at 7 AM, but they hadn’t wo

It was a great experience staying at Joel’s place. Me and my family enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with a swim and singing on their karaoke. Me and my boys loved that Pool table challenge as well as our little exercise in the gym. The car to use for 500 pesos made our food and snacks shopping easy. House is perfect for a big group. It is nice and tidy. Swimming pool is cleaned every after we use them. Caretaker is very helpful and always there when we needed her. I definitely come back again. Thanks so much!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Santi’s place! The space was extremely clean, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The host communicated well and always responded in a timely manner. We also had the pleasure of meeting her, she’s an absolute sweetheart! The location was perfect for us, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and spa all nearby. We loved the convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance, without having to rely on transportation. We also had the convenience of the gym and pool during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it!
