"Villa Roseta" is located near the forest in a natural 3.5 acres park.Ideal for a large family or a group of friends, to relax in privacy.The facilities as:outdoor pool ,sports ground,barbecue place, terraces,parking, are for exclusive use of the guests.Own mineral water spring on the property. Less than 10 miles from Baia Mare city and 93 miles from International Airport of Cluj. Airport transfers on demand. Guided trips in Maramures touristic region or Transylvania tours of the medieval sights. The house offers the basic comfort for 12-14 people in 5 double and 1 triple bedrooms, 4 bathrooms ,a large living room with dinning area and fireplace,a fully equipped kitchen and other leisure facilities.

Limpedea Green house with pool Baia Mare city

Cozy house near a green forest with great mountain views. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 living room , 1 bathroom, storage place, and a small private patio. The location offeres access to a shared outdoor pool during the summer, when the weather is suitable, a shared terace , outdoor grill, kids playground during summer. Breakfast/lunch/dinner can be provided on request. Parking places are available. Quiet and relaxing, suitable for a family with children.

Casa Axente

A family friendly house where you can find any thing needed for a comfortable stay with or without kids. Relax in our jacuzzi and enjoy our underfloor heating. We offer one private bedroom, one single bedroom with possibility to add an extra single mattress, and one couch for two people in the open space area. The kitchen has all amenities needed. You have bus station and super-maket close by. Cooked food can also be provided through an extra agreement.

Casa Bastion este situată în inima centrului vechi al orașului Baia Mare. Locația facilitează accesul pe jos la toate atracțiile de interes turistic, economic și social. Casa Colt din Maramureș, veche de peste 100 de ani, restaurata in cele mai mici detalii și redata circuitului turistic din Maramureș. Available from april to october, The Clay House is located in a generous garden. It is full of our collection of traditional wood furniture. The house is made of clay and this offers a special thermic and visual comfort: wool carpets, handmade curtains, author ceramics. We offer access to our summer kitchen at 100 meters from the house (stove, water, fridge)

Cozy House in Cavnic, Maramures

Cozy home in the mountains. Very suitable for family with children. It has a big open space with kitchen and living room suitable for up to 10 people. The garden has a space suitable for cooking outdoor, mostly used in the summer. Little children have enough space for playing outside.
