Lovely cottage - beautifully restored, cosy and very clean. We especially liked the sun room during the daytime, and the log burner for the chilly evenings. The area is stunning, and Hartington has lots of amenities - shops, tearooms, nice pub. Dave was really helpful and responded to our queries very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

We had the best, most relaxing stay here! It was easy to find, parking spot was very easy to find too. Keys were easily accessible and we were given very clear instructions. The property was lovely and clean, it had everything there that we could possibly have needed. The location was lovely, with everything close by that you could possibly need. Even though the property is on the roundabout, it was still quiet and private. The house is just perfect, we felt so relaxed and comfortable here. The bed is super comfortable and we both had the best sleep. The shower is incredible!! Love that it’s dog friendly too, and our pup had the best time. Honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, we will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for a perfect stay ♥️

We had a wonderful stay! the property had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds in clean, lovely bedrooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms... and of course the games cupboard! thank you!

Amazing place, great location near some lovely walks and pubs. Hot tub was brilliant and kids managed to swim in river !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our daughters 21st birthday celebrations with family. She is a stately home fan and this house was like a mini one! We all had a lovely weekend and Penny was very helpful if we needed anything. Thank you for use of your beautiful house!

We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! Place was exactly as advertised. Easy access and host communication great. Right on a bus stop or walkable to town centre. All in all great stay

This place is such a lovely place!! We could not have asked for anything better we wished we had stayed longer! The 3 beds where all very comfortable and there as plenty of space for 6 adults!! Honestly 10/10 air bnb
