We absolutely loved Fernando’s place. The apartment was clean and more spacious than we expected. The location was fantastic and we could explore everywhere we wanted to go on foot. The apartment and the neighbourhood felt very safe and we loved sampling the many bars in the vicinity. Would love to have stayed longer and would love to come back!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt dort sehr genießen.

El piso muy confortable , con todo lo necesario y muy limpio. Muy facill de llegar al centro ( muy cerca ) caminando o en Metro.5 cudras de estacion de Tren Atocha, re útil para excursiones. Mabel muy atenta y siempres respondió rápido.zLo recomiendo , definitivamente volvería.

We are a family of six, and the apartment was perfect for us—spacious enough to enjoy time together, with spots to retreat for some quiet when needed. We loved the simplicity of the decor and how functional every piece of furniture was. The apartment is new, with well-maintained bathrooms and kitchen, equipped with just the right appliances. (A clothes dryer would have been helpful, but when we asked for a drying rack, it was provided immediately.) One thing to note is the apartment is in the basement (1 flight down). We had no issues with this but some may. We always stay in the Salamanca area, so the location was familiar and exactly where we wanted to be. Check-in and check-out were seamless—key handover was easy and pleasant. We’ll definitely choose this apartment again the next time we’re in Madrid!

What a fantastic place to stay! We came for the marathon since Zoilo’s place was close to the start and finish lines, but any time it would be a perfect location. Beautiful neighborhood, easy Metro access, lots of shops and restaurants, super close to Retiro, and surprisingly quiet inside even on a busy street. And the place itself was great too! Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom, comfortable sitting area, all very clean and organized. Absolutely loved it, recommend highly and really hope to stay again someday!

Appartamento comodo e pulito, dotato di lavapiatti e microonde. Caldaia e riscaldamento perfettamente funzionanti. La via è molto tranquilla, ma nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano la metropolitana, un market aperto h24, una moschea, un dentista, locali e ristoranti, il museo Reina Sofia e il museo de la Felicidad.

Alquilamos la casa un grupo de 8 amigos y todos coincidimos en que estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa y su piscina. Los espacios fueron muy agradables, cómodos y amplios. El cariño y cuidado puesto en la casa la hicieron ideal para el plan de desconexión que teníamos en mente. Sin duda la tendremos en cuenta para futuras ocasiones.

Todo muy bien, la casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, es una casa amplia y bien decorada en el que le han puesto mucho cariño. La comunicación con Puia fue perfecta, y siempre dio soluciones a todo. Un sitio de 10, muy recomendable.

Juan Pablo i Sofija su odlicni domacini, veoma ljubazni i susretljivi. U stanu zive i pas i macka koji su takodje divni. Stan se nalazi u centru, na pesackoj udaljenosti od nekih od najvaznijih atrakcija Madrida. Ipak u stanu je tiho i prijatno i to je mesto gde se mozete odmoriti i imati svoju privatnost posle napornog dana. Najbolje od svega je sto imate zasebno kupatilo, kao i peglu za ves, masinu za pranje vesa, fen za kosu...

Son anfitriones muy atentos, amables y detallistas. Sin duda los recomiendo porque en todo momento han estado pendientes, atentos a cualquier necesidad y han ido más allá de ser anfitriones. Son muy buenas personas. Agradezco la forma cercana y amable con la que han tratado a mi madre. ¡Gracias!

La casa está impecable. Muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. A pocos minutos en coche de las Barrancas y cerca de la plaza del pueblo y zona de comercios, bares y restaurantes. Félix es un anfitrión perfecto, facilitó la entrada y la salida, y nos dio buenas orientaciones.

Li's was helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The apartment was clean and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bath was spacious and spotless. We could easily walk or use one of the nearby metro stops to explore Madrid. Thanks very much for sharing your apartment with us!

The apartment is a little smaller than we expected. But not an issue at all. Traditional Madrid feel to it, full of character. Amazing location. If you are affected by noise then just bring ear plugs . Lovely time in Madrid.

La relación calidad precio buenísima. Un lugar tranquilo, seguro y espacioso. Coral fue muy amable y atenta conmigo.
