Sono parimenti raggiungibili a piedi il lido attrezzato, il porto e la stazione ferroviaria.

Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The villa is located within the peaceful natural marine reserve of Capo Gallo, right on the crystal waters of the sea (few steps from the beach) and is surrounded by the lush Mediterranean scrub and majestic rocks that turn pink at sunset.
