La villa Ai Demani si trova nel territorio di Pollina, nel parco delle Madonie, a soli 10 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge e dal mare e a 25 minuti da Cefalu' e 15 da Castelbuono. Il luogo è ideale per rilassarsi immersi nella natura nel cui pieno rispetto la villa è stata ristrutturata.E' stata infatti dotata di pannelli solari, cappotto termico, colonnina per ricaricare le auto elettriche e impianto solare termico per la produzione di acqua calda e riscaldamento.

L’alloggio Gabbiano è parte di una casa divisa in tre piccoli appartamenti confinanti, ciascuno col proprio ingresso indipendente e giardino privato. Dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina ben attrezzata in cui è possibile mangiare, un divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.
