Top moderne Villa mit faszinierendem Blick auf das Meer, die Bucht La Cinta und den Tavolara. Ganzjährig nutzbar durch beheizbaren Salzwasserpool, Klimaanlagen und Fußbodenheizung. Seit Juli 2023 ist unser wunderschönes Haus fertig. Es erwartet sie eine gemütliche, modern ausgestattete und luxuriöse Villa mit kleinem Garten und einer traumhaften Sonnenterrasse, auf der ein 4x9m großer Salzwasserpool mit Gegenstromanlage zum Schwimmen einlädt. Genießen sie die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.

Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

Villa Orizzonte, un immobile di prestigio che assicura privacy nella macchia mediterranea , accesso diretto al mare dal villaggio tramite una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti tra mirti e ginepri. Dal solarium si gode una paradisiaca vista mare. Le più belle spiagge si trovano a 10 minuti d’auto, come Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La Cinta. La villa assicura ogni comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per caffè espresso, cassaforte). San Teodoro è vicinissimo

Surrounded by greenery it offers the scents of typical Mediterranean vegetation combined with the sea breeze. The villa is located in a quiet street in San Teodoro a few minutes from the beach (8 minutes on foot) and the center with access to all services. The house is on one level and has large outdoor areas equipped.The house is developed on one level with large open spaces.

La suite e’ situata nel comprensorio di Monte Contros a Porto San Paolo, dal quale si gode di una vista panoramica sul mare. La suite è formata da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato e un giardino curato nel quale è situata la vasca idromassaggio ad uso esclusivo. L’alloggio è totalmente indipendente. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato per creare un'esperienza visiva pura, priva di distrazioni, che induce una sensazione di relax immediato come in un’oasi di pace.
