E' dotata di tutti i comfort ed in perfetto stato. Si vive soprattutto all'esterno dove si trovano le terrazze su più livelli con tavolo e barbecue in pietra e doccia esterna. Sotto vi sono 2 camere principali e un bagno. Ogni stanza ha accesso indipendente al terrazzo. Sopra si trovano la sala/cucina, un bagno e un soppalco con 2 letti.
