L' angolo di Luccoli is a lighty flat at the fourth floor, with elevator, in one of the most beautiful buildings of the old town. The apartment is located in the most elegant and quiet area of the city centre, a stone's throw from the theatre Carlo Felice and all other main touristic attractions, convenient to services and public transport. The apartment consists of a living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It is ideal for couples and families.

Appartamento con terrazzo, all'ultimo piano di un antico palazzo situato nel cuore del Centro Storico di Genova, a pochi minuti dall'Acquario e dai luoghi più suggestivi della Città Vecchia La casa si trova al settimo piano e non dispone di ascensore. La "scalata", tuttavia, varrà la pena: una volta giunti, potrete godere della splendida vista sui tetti dei "caruggi" della città. Nel cuore del centro storico, in contesto tranquillo e silenzioso, a 150metri dal mare. Posizione ideale per chi si sposta in treno (fermata metro Acquario) e per i viaggiatori alla ricerca della vera esperienza genovese: passeggiare nel dedalo dei suoi caruggi ricchi di vita e botteghe. Sito in cima ad una torre dotata di ascensore, in zona pedonale.

Central loft in a stunning World Heritage Palace

Our newly-renovated flat is ideally located in Via Garibaldi, the most central and sumptuous street of the historic center: NOT near, where many dream of being, but right IN the monument street, in a 16th-century palace wonderfully frescoed and listed as UNESCO World’s Heritage. Very close to all public transport - a few steps away - it is ideal also for getaways to Cinque Terre, Portofino etc. The host, Genovese food writer, will be happy to share her suggestion with you.

La casa delle oche

La nostra casa, al piano nobile di un prestigioso palazzo storico, prende il nome dal suo mosaico, ancora quello originale. Ci troviamo nella parte medievale e rinascimentale della città a pochi passi dalla “Strada nuova dei palazzi”, dal Porto antico, dall’Acquario e dalla partenza per gite in battello a Portofino e Cinque Terre. Vicina a tutti i servizi e a tutti i mezzi pubblici. Scelta anche da Albert Einstein che qui vi soggiornò. (CIN IT010025C24U5QDJED, CITRA 0584)
