There are two living rooms, 1 with a queen fold out bed. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.
