James' Place @ Brynawel - Blue Room

Brynawel is a beautiful Victorian house next to Thomastown Park and has stunning views over the Merthyr valley. Brynawel is a very short walk to Merthyr Tydfil town centre, the train and bus station, but far enough away for you to have a peaceful retreat.

Mal and co-host Trish welcome you to Nursery Cottage. We offer a private lounge, double bedroom and en-suite facilities. (A continental breakfast can be provided at a small extra charge if required.) For families we have the option to provide a double sofa bed for children. There is a private entrance to your accommodation at the main front door and a bench and courtyard outside for sunny days. Breakfast is served in the dining room at 8.00 during the week and 8.30 at weekends to set you up for a day of exploring a wonderful diverse area of beautiful South Wales. From mountains, cities, seaside and adventure we have the lot. Check in is after 3.00pm and reservations will not be accepted after 8.30pm for the same day.

The location of the barn is a short walk from the coast in St Donats.
