High Level Living: Sweeping Views of Cape Town

Gaze across Cape Town towards the ocean from the deck of this minimalism-inspired penthouse. With a spacious open-plan living area accented with soft greys and tasteful pops of colour, it's a superb place to have an evening BBQ and listen to music. This spacious, bright and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located and provides guests with the essence of Cape Town living! Generous living space opens out onto a large deck with breathtaking views of Robben Island, the famous Green Point Stadium, Green Point Park and Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is close to many of the City's attractions as well as having restaurants, shops and deli's in walking distance. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - Please feel free to ask you host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area 2 minutes away. Green Point is a vibrant neighborhood that offers a wide variety of coffee shops, delicious cuisine, local pubs, and trendy bars. Many of Cape Town's attractions are nearby and there is an abundance of national parks and beaches to explore. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCity Bus service 10 metres from the apartment (30 second walk). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should we wish to rent a vehicle, there is plenty of on-street parking around the building.

Watch the Sunrise in a Home with a Mountain View

The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. MacD, our housekeeper is on hand 24 hours to assist where necessary The house is safe and secure with guarded entrance. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the surrounding majestic mountains. Mount Rhodes is a security estate nestled in the foot of Little Lions Head. Mycity bus stop at the bottom of the road, Uber We provide a laundry service at an additional cost and breakfast is available if ordered at least 24 hours before at an additional cost as well. I am also more than happy to make any reservations for tours or restaurants on your behalf.

The penthouse is situated in Camps Bay, which has become a famous landmark with internationally recognised restaurants, crystal sand beaches, and exceptional sunsets. The gorgeous local scenery makes it a fine destination for scenic coastal walks. Please note that a breakage deposit of R20 000.00 will need to be signed on arrival. This light, airy penthouse apartment offers breathtaking views of the city, ocean, Signal Hill, Lions Head and Table Mountain. The private roof-deck offers sensational 360° views, a braai/barbecue and a plunge pool to cool off in and enjoy the wonderful views. The apartment is in a truly wonderful and centrally located City Bowl neighbourhood - Vredehoek. The area is safe, clean, and beautifully situated on the slopes of the famous Table Mountain. Unwind at home away from in this architecturally designed modern top floor apartment. Bright and sunny and full of color with views of Lions Head from the entrance and partial sea views from the patio. This space is fully equipped with all amenities. There is a designated parking bay behind closed gates. Walk Cape Town City from Central Greenmarket Square Studio

This fifth floor studio offers great Table Mountain views, a lovely balcony, and a very convenient City Centre location. It overlooks Greenmarket Square where a daily craft market is set up from 6am-6pm which may affect light sleepers in the morning, although we have installed acoustic glass doors that block out sound! It has a smart TV with Netflix. Please note: WIFI is capped at 200 daytime gigs (from 7am-12 midnight) & 1000 night time gigs (from 12 midnight -7am). NO POWER CUTS

Contemporary Studio Apt, Close to V & A Waterfront & City

It is a large open plan studio that is light and airy. The apt is in Green Point in a quiet side street, off the main road. It is a trendy neighbourhood, close to good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a supermarket and public transport all within a 2 minute walking distance from the apt. It is close to De Waterkant and the V&A Waterfront. Guests will have access to the whole apartment as well as a secure parking bay. The building has a reception with24 Hr security.
